Jeff was wonderful. I was afraid I would need to replace my water heater right before Christmas but not the case. He repaired a minor problem. The entire job was $200 I was so concerned it would be very bad news. I will never call anyone else - they are the best!!

Gerson came to my home and found the source of our leak! i've had two other plumbing agencies out here that said it was the main leak and it was going to run me close to 14 grand when in reality what Kirsten found was what my husband and I both found was that know it was an emitter leak and it would cost the amount of digging a small emitter tube up and replacing the tube and a couple of other areas that need piping replaced so under 100 bucks to fix the problem he knew what he was doing and he didn't stop until he found where the week was highly recommended

I am carpenter by trade paid them $89 dollars for scam quote of $4600 dollars. Ask the technician Paul. How long to do the job he said 2 hours. The job entailed going 25 ft with pix to connect pix to my kitchen faucet. Everything was done for them the drywall was cut ,holes drilled through the rafters. Told them the copper pipe they were replacing did not even need to be removed. Paul asked me how much do you think to do the job ? Told him there is not even $100 dollars of materials needed and 3 hours at a reasonable rate of $ 150 puts you at around $600 . He said that’s what I thought you would say. I hate plumbers. They usually try to scam you like a snake oil salesman, but not Boss. Everything went legit... Strait forward price that was lower than the other two estimates and great they did great work. Impressive.

I had a broken sink at my office that needed attention. While he was here I showed him 2 other dripping sinks he said he could repair. He went to get parts and came back. He replaced one leaky faucet and then replaced another but it was the wrong sink in another room that was working perfectly. I called to see if they still had my working faucet and could come back and switch it for my dripping one. She said she would get a hold of him and see if he could grab it out of his truck and get back to me. I had to call back a week later and she said it was thrown away already. To his credit I have multiple rooms with sinks that look the same, but now I am stuck with paying for parts and labor to replace a faucet that was working perfectly and still have a dripping faucet in my other room :( The work they did correctly seems well done but maybe make sure you have time to stand there and supervise their work.

I was given a free estimate with super-fast service for my 2 bathroom sinks which needed replacing. They found beautiful new sinks that went well with my faucets, which they said were still in very good condition and did not need to be replaced. Great customer service, professional and courteous, they cleaned up afterwards, and charged a fair price. I will definitely call Plumbtech again for any other plumbing services I need. Highly recommend!
