Best Gas Line Issues in Las Vegas NV

Our faucet in our kitchen was leaking. My husband had attempted to repair it with no luck. This company was receptive and let me know he was booked for the day but could possibly come in the evening. Called me shortly thereafter to let me know he had a cancellation. Came and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. Professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend using them!

I had called the company to have someone do a leak detection, Jose came out and tracked where the leak was and told us what to do. was very helpful, will use them again. the company called and asked how things had gone, and told them we were having a problem so they volunteered to come out and see if they could help. Jose came out and spent extra time helping to trace the lines again, and found what we needed, then told us what we needed to do. they are very helpful, and we wont hesitate to use them again. thank you very much for your help.

My water heater broke and in the same damn day Impact had come out inspected it AND replaced the system. They also scheduled the city inspection for me on my timeline. Super professional, responsive, and quick! Recommend!

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

2/14/23 This is review for work done on this date. Gino Mena was the service tech assigned to replace my 12 yr old leaky water softener. He arrived at 8am which was a snowy rainy day. He was very cheerful despite all that. His work was excellent, clean and neat. Very professional. Showed how things worked and answered all my questions. Great family owned business and wonderful employees. Also they are punctual and reliable.

Alex arrived at the estimated time. He practiced Covid protocol. He was here to drain the water heater and replaced a worn part that was part of the yearly maintenance contract that I purchased. He was neat, organized and thorough. He went the extra mile and checked the water pressure. He discovered it was low and not to code and could cause problems later. So I asked him if he could correct it which he did. Also I asked him if I should turn off the main water as good practice. He said it should be turned off when we are gone two or more days. I asked if he could show me how to turn it off and on which he did. Alex is very friendly, extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use his service.

The Call of Dooty team put in a new spigot in the back of my yard. They did it fast and it looks great. Took half the time I thought it would. And the price was fair. These are the guys I call for big and small plumbing jobs.

During the past year, I've had 2 unfortunate plumbing issues. Both times I contacted 702 PlumbAir and both times I received a quick response, quick repairs and awesome service. Every representative of the company from plumbers, techs, office dispatchers, etc. were very courteous, and answered any questions I had. Dealing with homeowner issues is never an easy task, but they made everything very easy for me on both occasions. Highly recommended and the only company I'll use for any future needs.

2022 UPDATE: Recently called them for yearly A/C cleaning and maintenance, and although it’s been a different person every time I’ve called them, everyone is always nice, and very informative. With the quality of customer service gone way down since COVID, 702 is still delivering that quality service every time.

Catania & Son made some major changes to our plumbing. They are outstanding! They permit anything that is necessary; the City of Henderson is very familiar with this company (a good sign). Every employee was professional and courteous. They are also cost competitive. We HIGHLY recommend Catania & Son Plumbing!!

After some trouble with scheduling and location, Jerry came up and helped us out in understanding our property and the situation we're facing. Whoever designed our home was an idiot, but Jerry helped in showing us what we're dealing with, offered some solutions to the problem that we can happily do ourselves, and taught me more than I was expecting. I'm a Realtor in Las Vegas and I learned things that I am thankful to now know to make me better at my job. Also, this is a family run business as is mine, so I can relate to the mindset of a parent leaving a business for his son to take over and run in the same fashion, built on old-fashioned business ethics.
