Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. Called Affordable leak detection, spoke with Wayne. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.

I particularly impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of Adrian Nunez. He was able to accommodate our need. He is actually here to do the cooling maintenance but because it was already done by another company last April I asked him if he can do the heating instead. His response was you tell me what you need and that's what I'll do. The reason I asked that is we're not coming back until April next year and I want to make sure the heating is properly maintain prior to upcoming winter.Definitely Adrian is the kind of technician anybody should have.

Doug and his team we able to inspect a potential leak that we discovered in our condo. They were able to do the initial estimate and repair work on back to back days and the work was done beautifully and quickly! Just did an AC maintenance, answered my questions, suggested only a few minor repairs since my unit is 10 years old, discussed a few other options to keep my unit working. Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.
