After I posted a one-star review as a result of a very poor experience with this company, they reached out and offered to refund my money. I have therefore upgraded my review to three stars.I have received the following written estimates from this company:$250 - snaking out a clogged toilet$280 - replacing a fill valve on a toilet$500 - replacing both a fill valve and a flush valve on a toilet$569 - installing a new toilet if I supply the toilet$400 - (per toilet) installing new toilets if I supply the toilets and havethem install three as a package deal.I will leave you, the reader, to draw your own conclusions as to whetheryou feel this is fair pricing or perhaps a single lady being played.

I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

Worst customer service ever! I would give them zero stars if I could. We purchased a brand new unit from them in 2014 for $5,000. Less than a year later the pump went out and so we had it replaced. Now less than a year later again the same pump went out. Not sure if they used refurbished parts or just generic cheap parts but I asked Dan the owner if we should have to pay for a pump every year and he said yes!!

I normally don't leave reviews but after seeing this guy trying his best to communicate in Spanish with my father's wife just made me do it.. his name is Robert and was very professional that was not the only reason, he came in and took care of business... I'd ask for his services if ever needed in the future.
