Best Emergency Maintenance And Replacement in Las Vegas NV

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

Called Techcool for a kitchen sink issue. Received a response very quickly and set an appointment for the following day. My tech Javiar showed up within the first hour. Very polite and even put booties on his feet before coming into my home. Quickly found the problem and took care of it. Even put my planter and flower pots back in place!! I had a big leak in what I thought was the water main line so I went on Angie's List to find a bunch of plumbing companies. I got a call soon as I finished my request and within 1 hr an awesome consultant named Franco came to my house and told me good news that my irrigation line was leaking and not my main line. Also he told me about the veteran discount and saved me 15% off my service. That helped alot. Then he called a professional Zach and he came to my house within 1 hr and took 1 hr to get the job done. I called Silver Fox and they were prompt. They said that my problem was a fan motor and that they had one in the truck. The motor they had was with four screws. My unit has three. This is obvious from the top of the unit. We waited for another day. They said they would be here at 9 AM and were here at about a quarter to ten. After installing the motor they said that it was probably another problem. A circuit board. Although they were sure that my problem would be fixed by a motor it was now another problem... and this MIGHT fix the problem. I am now in the middle of having the work done. It has been two days. They really don't seem to have it together. I hope that I get this fixed. It is not fixed now nor does there seem to be an end in sight. I will probably not use these guys again. Nice boys. But they do not seem to be to do complex tasks. This was all to take one hour.

I've used Vegas Valley Plumbing multiple times for a variety of issues ranging from fixing a garbage disposal, unclogging drains, and fixing water pressure. They have done an exceptional job each time. They are very attentive to detail, make sure they're clean and shoes are covered prior to entering the home, and are very responsive. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in town for plumbing!

We needed to repipi Jerry and his team Took the time to explain how they were going to fix the problem. Then they proceeded to do exactly what they said they were going to do. Was very impressive. I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!
