Mr Ryan Fitzgerald was my service guy from eternal plumbing. He was kind enough to explain the type of service he was giving me and the out come when his service was done. Bosch was recommend to me by a trusted friend. The owner has over 17 years of experience and really knows his work well. He gave me a quote same day just off a couple of photos and managed to squeeze me into his schedule same day to fix a shower leak. Not only was he professional and timely, but he offered great advice on how to prevent and address future issues. The work was inexpensive and comes with a 1-year warranty. I will certainly be using him again in the future. Thanks a ton for the help!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Terrible service, same day service is a lie! Do not fall for there bs. Total waste of money they'll take your money gladly but not fix the a/c. Worst service I've ever had in my life ! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor, please do not waste your time and money on these people.

I will never call any other plumber in Vegas after using these guys. They are honest and they are pros. We have used them several times, and are very happy with the finished product. .

Jeff did an outstanding job replacing two old gate valves in front of my house, one which went to the water main. They were located in a difficult position underground, but he was able to get them replaced. He took the time to leak check the valves once replaced, and ensured everything was working properly. He was very professional throughout the process and cleaned up afterwards. I wasn't even charged a dime until the job was completed. A Job Well Done!!!

I would also like to thank Tiffany in the office for ensuring someone was able to get out to my house the same day I called. She was very professional and courteous on the phone. A great customer service experience!!!

I had a plumbing leak from my upstairs bathroom to the garage. Gerson arrived same day and was able to detect the leak in that a drain pipe broke in two places. I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.
