This is Goettle plumbing. The people were nice and friendly THAT is the star. I needed two outdoor faucets replaced due to leaking from hard water. This Goetle plumbing charged 49.00 service charge. So I figure maybe a hundred dollars BUT THEY QUOTED 675.00 I paid them 49.00 service charge and told them to leave. I told them that was WAY TOO MUCH and that ETERNAL plumbing was not like that. I won't repeat smarty on the phone said because Eternal plumbing was a very good company I used in the past . Goetle plumbing highway robbery!! I dont recommend at all.

Drew was super helpful and explained everything we needed for the water heater. He also diagnosed a water pressure problem and we are scheduling a second appointment for him to rebuild the valve system that the water flows through into the house. He will also be installing a pressure tank for the water heater to help balance pressure fluctuations. Love having the peace of mind that preventive maintenance pays off.

BEWARE!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

Woke up to no HOT water on the 11th of November....called Anytime Plumbing, who was the same company that put the previous hot water heater in. Mr. Bailey was the installer and he did a wonderful job - drained the heater without getting an excessive amount of water on the garage floor, cleaned up the area during and after the install. And YES!, I would definately call them again for plumbing issues. The cost was very reasonable too - which makes it nice.

I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday evening, knowing that I was in trouble if I was without hot water the next morning, I called LVR LV Restoration. I was lucky enough to reach Brian Mizanskey, he got to work immediately- I called him after 7:00 pm. He was able to fix my problem and everything was back to normal before 9:00 pm.
I highly recommend this company. I admire their dedication and willingness to help out when needed.
I will call on them again for sure!!! Thank you, Brian!!!

5 Star was sent to us by American Home Shield, who charged a $125 service fee.

Our plumbing issue was not covered by AHS (which kept our $125 service fee), and 5 Star told us that in order to fix the problem, they would need to tear out drywall, or cut into stucco or both. They would need $650.00 before they would schedule service.

Since they had been referred by AHS, I thought they were respectable.

Silly me....

They showed up for the appointment, said they wanted to see if the outside pipe could be fixed first, so they wouldn't have to cut into the stucco or drywall.

And miracle of miracles... the problem was resolved.

I will never call any other plumber in Vegas after using these guys. They are honest and they are pros. We have used them several times, and are very happy with the finished product. .

They really do great work. They are competent...and really nice.

Gerson was patient and did a great job fixing our clogged upstairs toilet. I will highly recommend Impact Plumbing. Response time was also very quick and appreciated.

quickly scheduled an appointment.. found the leak exactly on point.. even though it was 5 ft below the surface..

Did not pull permit and did not install hot water heater up to code.
