I reached out to NPA after noticing some puddling in my front yard. I reached out around 2pm, and spoke with Jason. He then informed me that someone could be to the house around 4pm-5pm that evening. 4:30 or so, Andrew arrived. He looked everything over and verified it was in fact the main line that had a leak. We discussed our options, and when it would be done. He informed me that we can get it done that coming Saturday. We discussed payment options at that time, and that I would receive a quote that evening.
And in fact I did. We approved it that following morning and set the schedule for Sat. The team arrived on time, and they got right to work. Finishing an hour before they said they would. They thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was done, and done properly.

Don't bother calling around. These are the people you want doing work for you. Gage, Andrew and Jason are professionals who take pride in what they do.

I asked this plumber to fix my sewer. I'm a single mom who lives in a small town, so I'm not sure if I would have been able to find this company without Google. They sent out the most experienced plumber, who fixed my problem quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

They arrived promptly, completed the work, and performed an extensive inspection. The plumber was upfront and unclogged the toilet's very deep obstruction. I am quite pleased with the job! And the service was excellent.

Save your money and get at least 3 bids when working with Eternal Plumbing. I have worked with them off and on for three years. At first their rates were somewhat comparable to other plumbers in town, but then they went corporate. They started passing the cost of their growth directly to their customers. Three years ago they dug a 5 foot deep hole in my front yard to extend the water shut off line. The cost was $700. I recently moved and asked for a bid on digging two 18 trenches for my new propane tanks and an installation of a tankless water heater. Eternal quoted $14,500 and said they gave me a $2000 discount. No thank you!!! I got the same job done with another licensed plumber for $3000. I will never use Eternal plumbing again unless I decide one day to start burning money. You have many options in Las Vegas. Use someone else.

Have used Silver State for over 20 years for AC problems, and was very satisfied with their professionalism, knowledge, and communication with us as to what was wrong with AC, and options on how it could be fixed or replaced. A special shout out to technicians Aharon Rodriguez and Grammy Gamalieo who were very knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant even though they were working on a holiday and temp was above 100!
