I called early in the moring around 8 am to set up an appointment for later on today between the hours 2 -4pm . Cancel all my plans to wait for them for a leak i had .and 2:45 hits and they Cancel on me .they wanted to reschedule for tomorrow with no justification just supper disappointing..I support local businesses but this one had me upset..not even hey if you can wait for tomorrow all wave my service charge. After calling several plumbing companies regarding a leak in my front yard on a weekend with no response, I called Bosch Plumbing. Didn't leave a message as I figured no one would call me back. To my surprise, i received a call from Keegan while he was at a conference. He saw my number and called asking if I had a plumbing problem. Explained that I thought i had a broken pipe in my front yard. Said he would come out and look at it on Monday. Keegan showed up, right on time. Told me he was sick that morning but was feeling better. He started digging to see where the leak was. Get this, the owner of the company is digging. 1. Called me back after me not leaving a message. 2. Showed up on time. 3. Still came out after not feeling well. Impressive!! Based upon the condition of my supply line, Bosch Plumbing had to replace my line from my valve to my water softener. Did an excellent and timely job. Keegan and Tyler are great and if you need an honest, hard working, no nonsense plumbing company you can depend on, I highly recommend for any plumbing job you have. Gary Stewart

Had a water line problem and I called Frank from Precision. Showed up 1 1/2 hours later (got lucky). Fixed the problem and also fixed a gas line problem. Very professional and very courteous. Thanks again.

I had a leaky pipe at my house and I called Joe D, the owner and he sent a technician ( Brian ) right away. Brian quoted me and gave me a reasonable price that we agreed upon. He could not start that night as it was a major repair. It involved the major pipe from the main water line, they had to dig deep in my front yard. But he started working on the leak the next day. They did a great job fixing the problem and putting everything back to how my front yard looks before. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

We used 5 Star Home Service for repair of a gas fireplace that had lost the pilot light flame. Gary was very knowledgeable in this area and explained what caused the pilot to suddenly go out. Gary called and left a VM about 15 minutes before he arrived. This is always a good practice for service companies. 5 Star is is a company that we will definitely use in the future should the need arise. Their prices are reasonable and their service is great. Gary is a great representative of this service company.

Somehow, in a town full of pools, finding a reputable leak detection company is difficult. I went through one company that was really good at taking my $400, but really awful at accurately finding leaks in a pool.

Finally, I was recommended Valleywide Leak Detection. This company is a keeper. On their first visit, they arrived on time and went about systematically locating the area of the leak. Then, both guys on site ran their own inspection to make sure they both came to the same conclusion of the exact location of the leak. Half the battle won already.

I hired the same guys to come back and make the repair. Again, they arrived on time and methodically and carefully removed the patio pavers next to the spa that were over the leak and laid them out in order for exact replacement. And, of course, right under the hole was the spa drain with a big cut in it. Perfect find.

They cut out and replaced the offending pipe and then perfectly relaid the pavers on top. Other than our pool maintaining its water level, one could never tell we had work done.

I give them an A+. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to. They aren’t a big name with fancy logos and billboards and 800 numbers — but their work and skills are impeccable. A local gem.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!
