Local reviewer: had to replace a hot water heater in Huntridge. We usually use Terrence from the same outfit with top notch service. They sent David today after an original install tank was defective due to manufacturing issue. He came after hours, replaced the tank, and replaced the fuses to boot. He knew exactly what he was doing and was there in a flash. As a local, will continue to use these folks. They’re on it all. One of the few times in life that the contractors are maybe even a little more obsessive than me. So, big check marks.

I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I spoke with her and was scheduled with an appointment date & time for an estimate only. A few days later a friendly, and very professional technician named Daniel came to my home and inspected my leaky kitchen faucet. He gave me an affordable estimate, with the option to have Straight Up provide a new faucet or I could buy my own. I opted to buy my own and immediately hired Daniel for the job. The repair was done 1 week later with excellent professionalism and I am giving Straight Up Plumbing 5-Stars 🌟 in all categories!

I had a very urgent water issue when George and Travis went far and beyond to remedy the situation.
I had a brand new hot water tank installed January 6, 2020 (installed by another plumber) but for some reason it failed. I call 702 Plumbers and George came out right away. He ended up replacing the tank as it was under warranty. It was the end of the day and he continued to complete the job so I would hot water that evening. Being new to Nevada and not having a network of professionals to handle problems I was so fortunate to have found 702 Plumber.
Very reasonable rates too.
