Called Techcool for a kitchen sink issue. Received a response very quickly and set an appointment for the following day. My tech Javiar showed up within the first hour. Very polite and even put booties on his feet before coming into my home. Quickly found the problem and took care of it. Even put my planter and flower pots back in place!! Thank you for the excellent job!! Highly recommend.

We had two other technicians from other companies come out to look at one of our two air-conditioning units located on our two-story roof (Tile) and all they gave us was excuses and reasons why they couldn’t fix it. All employees were professional and very polite. They were very good at explaining what they had installed and the process of getting permits and when they would be back to complete all the new installs including our new tankless system we had them installed.
