I was blown away by the level of service we received from LV Restoration & Plumbing, and more specifically Brian Mizanskey. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing as he was working. If you’re looking for any kind of plumbing help and want it done correctly the first time, look no further, you’ve come to the right place. I’ll be using LV Restoration & Plumbing from here on out!

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

It was a really hot day, the plumber climbed up and down the roof to look for leaks and fix the leak on the roof. He also came back in the evening just to open the valve on the roof for us. We really appreciate his great and professional help.

My shower was not working. Andy had it assessed and repaired (without having to notify my neighbors…yay) within one hour. He then took the time to make sure I was happy with it. Mistake on his part. I then had other questions, all of which he was kind enough to take the time to answer.

And just when he was almost out the door, I asked him to check the settings on my hot water heater. It had been moved to barely warm by an unnamed someone (oops) and he reset it. He also advised me to move all my art supplies from around the heater. Who knew? Andy did.

All the cracks you hear about plumbers…none of them apply. Use these guys and you will be flooded with gratitude. Maybe not the best choice of words, but you get my point.

Fantastic experience -- came out the same day (a Friday) our first day in our new house. Thanks to them, we had filtered water, a working washer & dryer, and an un-clogged dishwasher before the weekend. Reasonably priced, great service. Will definitely use again.
