We called and they knew that it wasn't an emergency but still arrived the same day. They installed a soft water system and replaced a toilet and were the best plumbers we have ever used. We will definitely put on our list to call first when we need any sort of plumbing work.

For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

Called for an estimate on snaking out a shower drain and a toilet, as one effects the other in my house. After 5 minutes of tap dancing was told snaking starts at $149.00 for the first drain and something a little less for the second. Plumbers in this city are professional con-artists that should be regulated and monitored. No two companies charge the same price, and each has a different story about the problem and fix for the problem. If you are handy, go to home depot and buy an auger, and a toilet auger as well. $65.00 and some time is easier to swallow than close to $300.00 and a mess to clean after. And the folks at Home Depot will give tips, info and advice for free and are truly concerned. Far more helpful, at least the two gentleman in the plumbing department.

We called to have service done on our business toilet and was nothing but a hassle to just make the appointment. Although the receptionist was very nice, they would not come out to our business without talking directly to the owner of the building. The building owner is a corporation and has a property manager, but yet that wasn't good enough. I think they need to change some of their policies.

I spent over $5000 and I’m still left with a leak. I hired Drain Busters to replace my main water line to the house. And while they replaced the entire line, they failed to replace a $25 shut off valve which was corroded to begin with (picture), and in which is still leaking. And while they replaced the regulator (picture), which comes after the valve, the corroded $25 shut off valve itself was reused and not replaced. At one point the plumber even admitted that he should have replaced it. After the amount of money I spent, I was even ok with having to pay another reasonable charge to get it replaced but was never sent a quote. I was also told verbally that a few minor fixes would be resolved, but nothing was done as the overall service standard seemed to have changed once the last payment was made. I went with Drain Busters due to their past reviews, and being I wanted to support a small business. I gave them 2 stars due to the time and effort put in by the plumbers.
