First of all, a MISSED SCHEDULED TWO HOUR WINDOW APPOINTMENT! Their excuse, they didn't have a technician available and used an excuse of having a higher priority emergency service call. Because of this they made arrangements for a $25.00 coupon credit with a reschedule 2 days later. The job required specific Moen parts which I ordered and were received overnight earlier than expected by FedEx, therefore I called Precision to see if they had a Tech available the same day I received the parts (1 Day early) and they did. Well things only got worse when the Technician showed up, didn't introduce himself, gave me an estimate of $189.00, and adamantly wouldn't honor the $25.00 coupon let alone the 10% Military discount, going NO LOWER THAN HIS $189.00 ESTIMATE. This Tech was very bombastic and reluctant to take for granted what the Precision Office Personnel told me about the $25,00 Coupon for missing the previous appointment. I called Precisions office and the rep said they would honor the coupon, while the Tech headed for his truck I put my phone on speaker and had the Rep repeat what she told me and the Tech heard the conversation. The Tech said he had to call his office Supervisor, and incredibly after the conversation disappeared and drove off!!! Needless to say I called Precision and got the Company Manager on the phone to to discuss this disconcerting, harrowing, sequence of events. The Manager was just as unaccommodating after a lengthy heated discussion resulting in him saying, it would be to your advantage to just find another company to service you! Precision is not to precise, and is the worst company I have ever done business with, unreliable, untrustworthy, with the rudest technician on Mother Earth!!! Stay away from this one if you want to be a victim of circumstance!!!

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

Tyler also noticed that the Pressure Regulator was aged and in need of replacement so replaced that as well with my Overall quality of his work was outstanding and he cleaned up the areas he worked. After about a month of a leaky water pipe, our water bill was much too high. We called Jump 2 It Plumbing to fix the problem, and they came for a free estimate on the same day that I called.
When they arrived, they were very friendly, and found the leak without even using any equipment! They began to work on digging up our pave stones the very next day, even though it was a Sunday. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered every question that I had. They finished the job in a day, and now we don't have to worry about high water bills! HOOORAAAY! WHOO!

Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing
