I give this company an A+++. The first time we used them, Jason came out and diagnosed our leak and then installed a faucet for us. He did a great job. The second time, he was prompt in getting back to me and provided me with valuable information to fix my water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable and his prices were on point.

On time showed up and showed out. Professional, polite wore booties, respectful. Fair pricing.

The first HVAC company I contacted could find nothing wrong. A month later when the problem started again there didn't seem to be any urgency by that company to take another look. I called Alaskan and was treated to excellent customer service on the phone by Judy. The technician Matt was friendly, thorough, and fully explained his diagnosis of the problem. Excellent job all the way around.

Jonathan is a very dignified plumber. He was knowledgeable about my issues. I had a leak in the mater tub a faucet replaced in the master shower and a garage disposal replaced. Jonathan was on time polite and respectful of my concerns about what work needed to be done and the cost. I am extremely happy with Dignity Plumbing.

We called to fix 2 bathrooms, water was backing up in both washbasin we were charged for the snake and teplacement of a hose, but the tech didn't have a book to accept my cash. I was told that I would be given a receipt by email. I had to call several times before I received my receipt by email several days later. Leonard wouldn't provide me the name of the owner or his telephone #. Will not recommend or use them again. Not very professional.
