Called them up on the 21st at 8am and Brian came out by 11am. I had a leak under my main bathroom sink and my shut off valve was from the late seventies. He explained what he would do and what I needed to get it done as I live in a 4 unit complex with an HOA. Arrangements were made for him to come out on the 22nd to do the work and he provided me with a very reasonable price. He was here the next day and even though he had a more difficult time with the old plumbing the price never changed. I found him to be personable, professional, efficient and true to his word. Thanks LV Restoration & Plumbing. I would do all you could to keep him in your employ. I would definitely use this company again!!

John arrived right on time and was very professional from the very beginning. He was done in no time with our AC rejuvenation and explained everything he checked before leaving. He also wore bootie covers which was much appreciated. Very nice kind vibe. Great experience!

Excellent plumber!

I had just gotten my first water bill as a brand new homeowner and it worries me how high it was. I found them through my local Facebook group. Dan immediately responded and was ready to come out and check for leaks that same day! I appreciated his attention to detail and even taking extra time to show and explain how I can look for leaks on my own also.

The plumber went above and beyond to explain how he would perform the task. At the end of him explaining things, I'd figure i should just do the job and save some money since he explained it so good... lol. It's hard to find honest plumbers, but when you find one, it's best to keep them.

The plumber from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC gave me several recommendations just to make sure the toilet and drains runs well. I recommend his awesome and professional services.

Problems we thought were our dishwasher were actually with the softener. Focus fixed everything and was great to work with. Also, membership in their program is great!...they came out the same day. All their personnel are friendly and explain things clearly.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

Appointment scheduled for 2pm to 4pm. It's now 5pm and nobody's here yet. Yes, we received a courtesy phone call, around 3pm, to say the tech was running about 45 minutes late ... but that doesn't help us at all. Why does this or any other business schedule appointments if they don't honor them????
It's now 5:05 and a technician just called and said I just got the call to come to your address. (What !!??!!??!!??!!??) Funny ... considering I called for an appointment, 2 days ago. I'm NOT impressed with this service.

12:25pm/02Mar - In fairness, I have to add the following information. When the repair tech finally did arrive ... HE WAS AWESOME!!!! Extremely polite, very prompt with his assessment and resolution AND didn't charge for the service call because of the inconvenience of the late arrival. Would I would recommend this service? Yes!! But, be wary if you schedule an appointment.

I needed someone to move a gas line about 8 inches, after calling SEVERAL companies I got lucky to find American Brothers, they came on time (2 hours frame)on the same day I called, told me exactly what needs to be done. Michael was really honest and did a great job. He was wearing his mask all the time, was friendly and did the job exactly how he said.
Defiantly using this company again in the future.
