What an awesome job Blane did on our remodeling projects. We converted a room to a bedroom. We converted a dining to a beautiful office with 1300 lb. iron doors, remodeled the entire kitchen, painted the inside of the whole house, and remodeled the fireplace. The plumber went above and beyond to explain how he would perform the task. At the end of him explaining things, I'd figure i should just do the job and save some money since he explained it so good... lol. It's hard to find honest plumbers, but when you find one, it's best to keep them.

My technician Aaron Luna has done several plumbing projects for us including PRV valve replacement, water heater replacement and Water Softener replacement in our new home that needed these things updated and replaced. Showed up every time on time or a little early, he is extremely knowledgeable, and works in a timely manner. Was very respectful of our home and property. Definitely would recommend Simply Air for your plumbing and HVAC needs. Prices are definitely competitive and reasonable and they do good, reliable work. Really appreciated our tech and all of his knowledge.

Our water heater was leaking and I reached out to this plumber who fixed an appointment for the next day. They were very quick and the crew was also friendly. I recommend this company.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

Raptor Plumbing is experienced and reliable, you can count on them to do the job right. They are knowledgeable and dont rip you off by trying to sell you services you don't need. Their staff is friendly and experienced, I would recommend calling Raptor for all your Plumbing needs.

I called Roto Rooter when my water heater quit working. They came out the same day, looked over the heater, gave me a price and did the job right then! Not only that, the price was the same price they quoted. Its nice to see an honest plumber. Ill be calling Roto Rooter for all my plumbing problems.

They never got back to me with a quote so apparently they didn't want to do the job! Up until them I was greatly impressed with them!

My sink exploded late on a Saturday night and they helped me find the water shut off valve over the phone and FaceTime. Thank you very much for the help and I will be calling you for any future plumbing needs!
