Best Broken Drain in Las Vegas NV

I called Bosch at 11 pm because we had water leaking out of the concrete behind our bar at Johnny Mac’s. Keegan (the owner) was there in 15 min ready to help. I have had some poor experience with finding a honest, punctual plumber over the years. Very pleased. We will most definitely be using the Bosch team moving forward with all our plumbing needs. 10 out of 10!

I used Precision before (Oct 20) for a water softener for my house when I had a head crack on the existing water heater I had installed. They were very professional before and worked within the timeline I needed because insurance was involved due to the damage caused. There was no pressure at all and pricing the equipment online they were competitive and I feel it was a very fair price.This time I called for a toilet that was running that I could not repair (checked the flapper, etc.) and Drew came out. He was extremely nice and very professional. Drew tried to fix it with the existing equipment and was kind enough to say if he could get it fixed he would not even charge me for it. He was unable to but called me to show me exactly what was going on, asked me if I was good with the repair after seeing the problem and then made the repair. He did not pressure me or try to oversell anything.These guys are really in IMO, they did not try oversell repairs, they were on time (they actually offered to come the same day but I couldn't make it becaue of work), and completed the work neatly and quickly.They are the only plumbers I will call in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bait and switch on outdoor main sewer line repair. Told Goettl the exact problem when they showed up - broken pipe. Showed them on their in pipe camera. They got their camera stuck and had to leave it in the pipe overnight. They knew what and where but Sold me $3000 service to replace a non-broken piece of the pipe instead, not even addressing the broken section saving that for additional money. Still have problem. Found many similar complaints on BBB for them.

Great professional and knowledgeable service

Absolutely amazing!!! Came out right away. I thought it was a basic clog, (I've had them before) come to find out my main line, going to the sewer, was filled with palm roots. They had to dig eight feet down to fix the problem. Great communication. No surprises, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Once finished, you couldn't even tell the front yard was ever dug up. (Desert landscape) Total professional and honest. Hard to find in this city. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!

I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!

Great service. Gave options, stayed in touch on time arrival. Stayed until job was completed and we were satisfied. Will use again.

Never dealt will more professional and great people. While I was out off town flying he came to house diagnosed my problem and gave me options to fix it, I called them on a Saturday and water heater removed and replaced in less a 24hrs. I can’t speak highly enough. They have earned my business from now on.

I needed leak detection for my Las Vegas duplex and Leak Detection & Repair Pros were fast to respond. I am very happy with their service. It turns out that they had to replace the main water line because repairing was not going to work. It's a very old property and so experienced plumbers that could preserved the structure was very important. They were able to do the excavation and complete underground pipe replacment. Luis and his team got the job done effciently and for a good price. I definitely recommend this plumbing company, especially for larger leak detection and repair projects.

When I made the appointment, I said I wanted a couple of valves replaced and replace the shower stems. The plumber didn't have the shower stems.
