I can not say enough good things about Nevada Plumbling authority. We had an outdoor leak, and Jason was able to send out Andrew the same day we called. They came on time, fixed our leak in less than 15 minutes. They are friendly, professional, and did not charge us for coming out. Incredible and honest service!

I needed an estimate. 2 hr wait . I call them back. She says as soon as I have someone free we get to you . Why do you guys give a 2 hr time frame? What is the point? You are overbooked you need to notify ur customer. Waisted 2 hrs of my time. Unreliable

What a fiasco. They advertise that there is no additional charges on weekends and that they have 1 hour service in Las Vegas. I called on Saturday and it took 1.5 hours before I heard from them. When they called, it wasn't the plumber. It was the office saying they had a missed call from me. I informed the lady that I have a leak and that I gave 100% of my information to the person I spoke to 1.5 hours prior. After several minutes of searching, she found all my info. Supposedly put a rush on my service since I had been waiting for so long. 7 hours later the plumber showed up. I have a pin hole leak in a copper pipe above ground. First, he tries to scare me by telling me my house was built 70 years ago and all the pipes might be weak. I informed him that the entire house was re-plumbed about 15 years ago and this particular pipe with the leak was part of that job. He had to call his supervisor. Came back with a quote of over $700 because he had to dig down 6 inches to ensure he is connecting to good pipe. This is a 20 minute job max. for a plumber. I told him so and sent him on his way.

They were punctual and professional fixed my clogged drain and installed my Bidet. Their price was also right.

Fantastic work: Although the cartridge I supplied was incorrect they swapped it out with the correct one for no extra charge. Very clean and professional at a very reasonable cost!

I just want to say thank you to Mark who answered my calls and to Jose that came to our house and completed not one but 2 different clog issues within a couple of weeks of each other . Once for our kitchen sink drain and 2nd time for our drain for the washing machine. Thank you so much!!!

I called Dan at 4:30am with a valve that had burst off the wall and he came out in less than an hour to fix it and had a recommendation for a water restoration company to come out immediately and start the drying process. He was kind, courteous and very affordable.

We had a condenser installed by our home warranty the year before and it stopped working this summer. A quick search on Google led us to Best, who we saw had great reviews. David came out that day and found that the air conditioning unit was not installed properly, and that a part of the system was seriously deteriorated. They came back out the next day and took care of all of the issues. The air conditioner has worked perfectly since then. Thank you Best! I will be sure to recommend them to my friends and Family!

I feel lucky I ran into this guy. I had another plumber do some work on my water heater and he created a mess that he could not fix. Sanderson came in and fixed it in 30 minutes for a perfectly reasonable fee. I won't call anyone else with any future plumbing issues.
