I paid $6100 up front for a tankless water heater to be installed during a week when I wouldnt be home. The sales rep informed me Eternal Plumbing would take care of everything including permitting etc. and I wouldn't have to do anything. The install began on a Tuesday and ended Wednesday. Im assuming the install is complete, however, I came home to a house with no hot water. The company failed to inform me when they were finished and failed to inform me that I needed to contact the gas company for gas hookup and failed to inform me I needed to contact the inspector to inspect the unit. At the point of sale, I was told all of this would be done by Eternal Plumbing. I called the gas company today and was told the next appointment was next Tuesday (8 days away). So, I wont have hot water for a total of 14 days (and I paid $6100 for it!). If you want a company that overcharges, under-delivers, and abandons an excellent customer, go with Eternal Plumbing. The exhaust on the tankless water heater is crooked and the pipe insulation inst wrapped or glued together, I guess they had better things to do than complete this job. What a joke.

Very professional by wearing his mask and putting on cloth boot covers when going on carpet without even asking. I’ve had other plumbers come in with their dirty boots with no concern of my carpet. Not just a professional but an expert in his craft.

He troubleshot our older system and found the compressor had gone out. He fixed it on the spot, didn’t try to sell me a new system, and engendered real confidence and trust. Great cost points and I’ll use these folks regularly.LEGITIMATELY TRUSTWORTHY! Repeat customer for sure in the future for all our needs. Great discount club membership is reasonable—while I shy away from these things usually, I’m joining.

They have a guy there that think no all and allhe doesis talks big game. I don't recommend this company. Seems worse service.

If I could give Zero, I would. I tried to simply set up an account with these people for my client, and I could have snuck through TSA easier. All of this AFTER I sent a request through email, got the generic we will contact you, and nobody ever did. Close to three weeks ago. Classic example of when you don't have to chase your $$ and everybody takes getting paid for granted because they have direct deposit. Kick rocks, American Leak Detection and Megan and the even ruder Shannon or whatever your name is. Un-freaking-believable.

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!

I hesitate selecting the “repairs” they have made on my house because none of them are in good working condition after repeated visits. I’m forced to use this company through my property management office and they are a complete nightmare. They show up hours late never do the job correctly and have to send other repairmen out to complete the job after the first guy didn’t do right. I’m completely unsatisfied with their performance and wish I could use another company for my repairs.
