Showed up on time, did a great job, acted professionally, reasonable prices for work not covered by my home warranty. I'd use them again.

We needed some pipes soldered so new valves could be replaced and we had the main shutoff for almost a whole day already trying to DIY it when we ran into the soldering problem. Within 4 hours a plumber was at my house and had it repaired in less than an hour. Pricing was extremely reasonable and we can wash our hands again! I would definitely use them again (and might be doing so soon to install my new tubs)!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a leak in my condo and it was leaking into my neighbors condo underneath us. Not only was Helen knowledgeable but also very helpful! She had someone out there immediately to diagnose the situation. Her plumber found the cracked pipe and was able to resolve it in a day. She’s worked with me sending all the info to my warranty company and answering all of my questions. She helped me schedule with my tenants and neighbor downstairs. They were literally life savors! We had had another company that my warranty company suggested and they were the absolute worst so we were so ecstatic that Helen was able to help us out. Was estimated to change out two bathtubs was scheduled to be replaced two weeks ago but had to reschedule on their end due to emergency which was understandable. We rescheduled but the day before they called and wanted to reschedule again which i agreed they were suppose to show up next day early am which didn’t happen. Alex called me in the morning and said they won’t be able to install that day and would come out to take measurements same day which i didn’t understand because why didn’t they take measurements when they first came for estimate? Was suppose to show up at 3pm had to cancel appointments due to that and wasted my whole day waiting on Alex which he never showed up nor called. Very unprofessional for a job that’s suppose to take one day but is stretching out to almost a month now

I called Michelle, she scheduled the guys to come out next day, Jose arrived on time and fixed my water heater in 15 minutes. Great service as always, highly recommend these guys.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
