Best Water Leak Detection in Las Vegas NV

I had a great experience with this company. Dennis came to check out a clogged floor drain at my restaurant and was very honest and humble. After working for over an hour, he could not clear the clog. Whatever is blocking the pipe is inorganic (he pulled a chipped piece of ceramic out) and to fix it he said he'd have to get access to the space below mine so he could remove the pipe. It's not something we could accomplish at the time, but said he'd be happy to come back out and provide a free quote once we could get access. He also insisted I not pay for his time since he did not fix the issue. I spoke with several other companies who specifically said they would charge me regardless of whether the fixed the issue.

Service like this (especially with commercial work) is extremely rare, so it's great to work with someone decent who actually cares about the customer and getting the job done.

My partner told me the Tech had a attidue an was over price for a small vavles replacement won't recomand them the tech was so high to replace a water vavles he think it was a major operation wish they had a tech that would have been frendlyer

Was estimated to change out two bathtubs was scheduled to be replaced two weeks ago but had to reschedule on their end due to emergency which was understandable. We rescheduled but the day before they called and wanted to reschedule again which i agreed they were suppose to show up next day early am which didn’t happen. Alex called me in the morning and said they won’t be able to install that day and would come out to take measurements same day which i didn’t understand because why didn’t they take measurements when they first came for estimate? Was suppose to show up at 3pm had to cancel appointments due to that and wasted my whole day waiting on Alex which he never showed up nor called. Very unprofessional for a job that’s suppose to take one day but is stretching out to almost a month now

I called Michelle, she scheduled the guys to come out next day, Jose arrived on time and fixed my water heater in 15 minutes. Great service as always, highly recommend these guys.

Blue Diamond Plumbing was sent out by AHS to look at our shower faucet since it was leaking. When they arrived I mentioned to the plumber about the possibility of the cartridge being bad (it had been replaced recently, but we were suspcious that it was a dud). Right away he started talking about how it was most likely the shower valve and that was going to be very expensive to repair and AHS would most likely not cover the whole repair. I told him I understood, but asked that he double check the cartridge first. After he was done looking at the shower (all of 5 minutes) he stated the cartridge was fine and it was for sure the valve which would be very pricey. He told me he would call me by the end of the day with more information and send his report to AHS. He never called and it took 3 days and multiple phone calls from AHS to get him to send his report so we could see what would be covered. Of course AHS wasn't going to cover everything and we were quoted $650 out of pocket. We chose to take the payout from AHS for what they would cover and call another plumber to look at the shower. Turns out it was the cartridge and for $170 we no longer have a leaky shower faucet. SHAME ON BLUE DIAMOND PLUMBING for trying to scam someone who was putting their faith in their knowledge and trusted them to be honest!!!! Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I would have possibly paid $650 for an uneeded repair and still would have had a leaky faucet!

Do NOT use this company.I called them asking if they offer filter swap. I explained I provide the filters and didn’t need tune up.I got their offer in the mail stating $49 for the service.The woman answering the phone stated she can absolutely get this done for me, total final price $49.The technician however charged me $98.When I asked next day why they charged me twice, suddenly they claim that I EXPLICITLY REQUESTED tune up.Again, claiming they allegedly have recording of me stating I requested tune up. Never happened. I said I do not need tune up, again the only thing I ever needed was the filter swap.I also have the conversation recorded on ring camera so I have my proof as well.I again told this to the technician personally please filter swap, that’s my reason for this service call.Then when I complained, their alleged quality manager who was beyond rude, raising voice at me, and then of course hung up when I kept stating what service I requested, said she will fight the charge.Okay. Well good luck with that.I have my proof as well, service was supposed to cost no more than $49.If you want to get scammed, go with this company.Dealing with them is absolute nightmare.

Antonio installed a toilet which I found out later, the height was too low for my comfort. The next day he came back and removed the toilet and installed an updated one which had a higher height, which was to my delight. He was very courteous, friendly, and explained everything. I also would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to Office personnel Liz & Amber. They were extremely polite, caring, and professional.

Can't say enough about how much this company took care of me. We purchased a new home and they sent their team in to literally go through the home top to bottom. Most companies would price gouge, or charge excessive fees, honestly, I underpaid for the quality of work that was done. So glad I found J&J Plumbing here in Vegas.

Was leaving for a flight at 9:00 am and noticed a/c sounding off at midnight. They were able to get someone to my home and fix the problem before my flight!
