Our main line needed to be cleared and after calling company after company and waiting for hours for one to show up that was going to charge an arm and a leg. We found American Brothers Pluming the lady we spoke to was very nice and understanding. She got a one of their guys out asap it was about 3pm when we called and she said Matthew will be there between 4-6 pm. Matthew for there before 4pm and very professional and personable! “Customer Satisfaction” is what we were looking for and it’s what we got. In 48 hours One Drop Plumping replaced our water heater, water softener and water filter system. They also replaced and fixed the holes in the wall and installed a Laundry Tub and faucet system. On the 3rd day they removed and installed our new kitchen sink including new faucets and new disposal with in-sink on/off buttons. Wow, this plumbing company is amazing. They deserve more than a “5” star rating. I made an appointment and Helen was one of the friendliest persons I have ever talked to over the phone. After asking what services I needed she provided me with the initial costs for the required tasks. I appreciated her professionalism and valued knowing what to expect. Jerry, the owner of the company, came on time at the scheduled appointment date and is very responsive. He is an extremely experienced plumber and completed the work with competence and proficiency. I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.

We had an issue regarding not having hot water and pressure. Charlie and Jeremy came out and being as though we know nothing about plumbing...said the switch was off from a previous plumber who installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Easy fix just turn the switch on 🤦🏿‍♂️.They didn't want to charge us, but we compensated them for coming out. Lesson learned.

Simply horrible came out to do a job. Has dropped the ball so many times it doesn't make any sense. Extremely unreliable. 15 minute job has been made to take 2 weeks. What ever happened to the customer? This is sad.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
