Bottom Line Up Front: Polite, but error prone.They are polite and show up on time during the off-season, from my experience. Their work is haphazard and lazy. The job gets done, mostly, but if something goes wrong during any of their work they'll apologize to you and blame everyone else they can. They will skip sections of ducting during a sanitize if they're too high to reach conveniently and can be explained away as connected to another main duct. Their solution to showing up with the wrong air conditioning unit was to take both of my units off of my home, cap the hole, and return the next day with the correct unit.The job got done. My problem was, I was not notified until the end of the day, when my air conditioners were hauled off with the crane, that I was short a unit and would be needing more work than I expected. Their business practices seem a bit predatory, and their company seems a bit too big to pay attention to a single consumer's complaints, because when I complained, all I heard was, Now I'm going to have to order another crane in the morning.I hired them through Home Depot if anyone is considering the same.

They came recommended from another company so I called Pro Star for an initial consult. They arrived as discussed, came into my home, did the consult and seemed professional enough. After they left I could not get them on the phone or to return a text (after the first one). That was 2 months ago.
I recently reached out again, but they've still left me hanging. The consult was for a toilet replacement and kitchen faucet replacement. Not sure this company is worth the effort

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Do not use. Failed to arrive for appointment. Did notify of problem. Did not respond to telephone, text, or email inquiries. Had no problems contacting when setting up work. Called from different phone and responded right away. Denied knowledge of original appointment.

Worst plumbing company ever. Gave me a time window of 8am and 11am to “diagnose” water heater (not even fix) . It’s now 5pm and they still haven’t showed up. On and off the phone with them all day telling me they would be here soon. 6 hours late and still waiting, just to probably be charged $60 just for them to diagnose the problem and not fix it. It’s Valentine’s Day, I just moved in, and can’t take a warm shower. And wasted all day on this company- when really I could have called another company this morning. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning for roto rooter, but hopefully my time window with roto rooter works out- I’m sure it will. What company waits 6 hours past your window time. Seriously 8am-11am and now it’s 5pm? Ridiculous. Cancelled- not waiting anymore. Insane.

Saved the day! My water heater broke and leaked water everywhere. They were over that day and replaced my heater fast! Jaime was personable and professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
