Justin was excellent in examining our plugged drain. A camera view of pipe revealed no plug, for mysterious reasons plug disappeared. We will definitely keep you in mind if any re occurrence.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!

Can say enough about Jhon… extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and his pricing is very reasonable. He came to look at our leaking water heater and provided us a quote that was half of another pluming firm. While he was there to do the estimate, he noticed one of our faucets had a leak and added it to his estimate.He came out today to take care of the water heater and the leaking faucet and did a great job.
