Huge thanks to this company for their service. Had an issue where the transfer duct from my roof top unit into the roof was corroded and rotting away causing my system to have major air leaks. I called Mike and told him my troubles. He sent out Stan who checked out the issue. The same day I was given an estimate and explanation of what needed to be done, with a great price! On repair day, Mike and Alejandro came out and trudged away at uninstalling the unit from the roof (with help from a crane), cleaning up all the corroded metal and ripping out the damaged piece. They then sealed and installed a new roof curb and reinstalled my unit. Everything was done fast too. The professionalism and customer service of everyone I dealt with for this project was great! Would definitely recommend! Huge thanks for getting my issue resolved!

I have used a few plumbing companies in Las Vegas for problems that are way out of my expertise. The other plumbing companies that quoted me were to expensive. One thing that I really like about Plumbing Innovations is that they are not trying to push warranties and other maintenance on to me. Good customer service and work are excellent .

Called for a water leak from my toilets tank and bowl. They were punctual and after trying a few small fixes told me needed a new toilet. Installed it the next day and even picked one up for me. They were considerate when choosing the toilet for me and I am thankful for that.

Had misfortune of using this vile company to repair a leak in my home. They arrived 2 hours after the estimated time and seemed to be lolligagging after 45 minutes. They asked to take a break. I went outside to
grab something from my car and it looked like they were doing hard core drugs (meth), While literally sitting in front of my home. My kids were home, so I immediately ended the appointment. They were rude and abusive I’m certain I heard one of the men use the n word. And my bathroom is still leaking, and they had the nerve to ask for payment. Never again!

I own a house in Henderson that my son lives in. I live in a different state. My son noticed another bubbling leak in a different area of the yard coming from the main water line that connects from the meter to the house. We had this line repaired last year hoping it would fix the problem. It didn't. So! My son went on a search for a plumber-contacted Hydro Plumbing and other companies for a bid to replace the main line. OUCH! Some of the bids were just outrageous! Not only was Hydro Plumbing the most reasonable bid - they started the job right away-stayed on top of it until it was finished-the owner accommodated us with his time on the phone to answer all of our questions-described the materials the crew would be using and how they would perform the task. This company is very pleasant to work with. Even though this plumbing issue was still a big financial OUCH! for us - I really appreciate Hydro Plumbing not gouging us like some of the other companies tried to do. To top it off-they offer a 1 year warranty on all labor and materials. Thank You Hydro Plumbing! I certainly hope we do not have any other plumbing issues arise but if they do? We will be contacting only you!

Received their flyer in the mail so I tried them out. They we great. Text me they were on the way and arrived on time. The person that showed up was polite, explained what was done and finished the job quickly. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and would recommend them.

The guys that show were awesome. They were here on time performed the task and clean everything up.

Devin was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and overall a joy to be around. He definitely went above and beyond to show me what my duct system and attic look like after cleaning out our dryer vent and hose. Jon Hariss from Dignity was out the same day and fixed our sewer backup issue. Got the job done quickly and professionally all while dealing with my three crazy dogs. He explained the cost (good value btw) and what he was doing. Dignity is my go to plumber on a go forward!
