I've been using Focus Plumbing for several years. I love that they don't try to push what you don't need, and are always friendly, clean and professional. I have long since given up trying to do my own plumbing (usually destroy more than I repair), and with 40 years' experience working with plumbing services, I have found Focus to be among the best.

I was extremely satisfied with your representative. He mainly dealt with my son. To be honest, I was having an extremely bad day and was not in the best of moods. He kept his cool and professionalism and continued to fix the problem and explain what needs to be done going forward.

David was great and knowledgeable. The problem was fixed and made recommendations for future camera scoping to see if there isn't something major in the pipes.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Miguel Licea from American Brothers Plumbing. Despite charging me $450.50, the company failed to complete the work as promised and did not even mark the location of the mainline on the ground. I have requested a full refund for the services that were not provided. This is not the level of professionalism and reliability that I expect from a company, and I do not recommend American Brothers Plumbing to anyone.

Edit: I asked you if you were going to make the location and you said you “forgot your marker” and that you were going to send me a picture, which you never did. I ended up hiring Larry Cruz from Plumbing Pros who is licensed with the state of Nevada and did EXCELLENT WORK. I highly recommend Larry Cruz. I do NOT recommend Miguel Licea from American Bros Plumbing who quoted me $27000 for a job done by Larry for $9000.

Have been using them for about 5 years now on numerous different plumbing issues i’ve had since purchasing my home and I would never even consider looking anywhere else when i need plumbing work done. They serviced my tankless water heater, repaired a toilet as well as replace a water supply line. Aric
was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a window between 12-3 and Aric promptly called at 11:28 and was here by 12. I will definitely use them again.

Plumbing repairs

So happy with their service! Not only did they notify me of my leak but also were able to repair my toilet and provide excellent service at the same time. If you need any kind of plumbing help in Las Vegas, you better call Darren or Alex if you want it done right! Quick, efficient, and amazing work. Honestly, I won't be going with anyone else in the future unless it's Burpee's.

I called Michelle, she scheduled the guys to come out next day, Jose arrived on time and fixed my water heater in 15 minutes. Great service as always, highly recommend these guys.

Tech was on time masked up and ready for my challenges. Social distance and was able to perform maintenance on the AC unit. He went beyond and checked inside and air flow at all registers. Verified system operations and made necessary adjustments. Both outside and inside my property. Tech was very detailed and professional. With an excellent attitude. They came recommended from another company so I called Pro Star for an initial consult. They arrived as discussed, came into my home, did the consult and seemed professional enough. After they left I could not get them on the phone or to return a text (after the first one). That was 2 months ago.
I recently reached out again, but they've still left me hanging. The consult was for a toilet replacement and kitchen faucet replacement. Not sure this company is worth the effort

Brian was very responsive and fast at install. Didn't try to up sell anything. Will call him again when something comes up.
