I have called numerous times and Have had a professional, timely and friendly service. Tev has helped me in the middle of the night with a flooded garage from a leaking water heater. Larkin is the only plumbing service that has kept their word and backed their service. Ask for Tev!

I have completely lost confidence with this Company, as it takes 3 to 4 times to troubleshoot one issue and with cost at $160 to $300 that doesn’t result in fixing the issue.

Complete ripoff, do not use this service. They charged me $200 to unclog my dishwasher drain and wanted to charge me $400 to replace the air gap which costs $15.99 at Home Depot. They were supposed to follow up the next day and no one showed up or called.

My shower drain was backed up, and I tried drano and my own snake. Called Dave and he came by within a hour and cleared it in 15 mins. Thanks again

Had a very stubborn clog. Called and left a voicemail to two other plumbers. Waited an hour and no callback. Called MG and they answered in the spot. Miguel was knocking on it door fifteen minutes later! Very professional and thorough! After unclogging the plumbing, he then ran the snake from the house to the street to make sure. He even used his snake camera to check if there was anything else left! Wow wow wow. Very impressed. Definitely gonna put him in my contact list. You should too!!

Larry was best plumber ever. He came into my nail salon immediately and came back the next morning to fix a plumbing issue I had . Very honorable man and I highly recommend. Also his pricing is great .

I had my water pipes replaced outside, and they did a great job with reasonable prices.

This is my second time having Jhon came by with plumbing issues. This time it was some foul odor from under my kitchen sink. After looking it over, Jhon saw that the dishwasher drain hose had standing water which was where the odor came from. He helped run the diagnostics on the dishwasher which took a while since it was a new dishwasher (and house) for me but Jhon kept working thru to find the root causes. He was honest, very fair in pricing, so I trust him for all plumbing work which is why this is the second time I called him. His co tact info will be with me for all plumbing services going forward.

Horrible customer service! When scheduling, dispatcher said they don't make appointments and basically told me that the technician couldn't wait more than 20/30 minutes for someone to get to our house. So, I rushed over to the house and the technician wasn't even sure of the issue with our water heater. He went and spoke to someone on his phone while smoking a cigarette in his truck and then came out still smoking his cigarette in our garage and said they have to replace the whole water heater and then said you can go ahead and leave because it's going to be a while.... Who even says that???

Was prepared and patient. Offered support as well for when installers come. Gave multiple options for fixing my sink with different price options. Was just a very good experience.
