Was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their services are - and they take the time to explain what is needed and make recommendations that make sense. Chance and CJ are the nicest most personable and expert plumbers I’ve ever met!

Called Dino’s Plumbing to replace my water heater and Wow, so impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. For anyone that has ever had a service line leak, you’ll know how much stress & anxiety it will cause. We researched & called around for quotes; not only was Mark the lowest bid, he also was responsive & available same day, on a Saturday, to come take a look.

We felt Mark was upfront and honest about everything the repair entailed including potentially losing our fake grass due to having to dig a trench. Not only that, he suggested that we could save money if we could find someone else to do the digging. We thought that was pretty cool as he wasn’t trying to leech $$$$ from us by overcharging (in the end, we decided not to hire someone else just to do the digging).

The repair job (entire line was replaced) was completed faster than originally estimated, and we’re happy with the results. Orchard Plumbing under promised and over delivered. They also did their best to save the fake grass, it almost looked like no work had been done underneath. We definitely recommend hiring Mark for your plumbing needs.

At first I was a little weary of a decision being since BEST was the higher bid I received. But they showed up prompt with a very kind and knowledged presence and took care of my project seamlessly, respected me and my property and even fixed a stubborn toilet just to show some customer appreciation. 10/10 would recommend and will have them doing my future projects!

It is always difficult to find reliable, honest home services when moving to a new city. I needed some creative plumbing work and called two plumbers who did not know how to resolve the issue and then said they would do research and get back to me...they never did. In desperation, I found ACTIVE PLUMBING and they were able to do the work on the first visit as if it were routine. Because of this I called them back to replace all of my old hose bibs that were leaking and later had a water conditioner installed, and later a water softener. When one of the hose bibs and pipes began to leak 6 months later, ACTIVE PLUMBING promptly did all of the repairs at no cost since their work is guaranteed. No hassle. From the first contact with the receptionist to the completion of the work they show that they are there to satisfy the customer. They listen to your needs, give advice as to how the work should be done, and then complete the task. They happily answer all of the customer questions. They arrive on time and complete the work in a timely manner.Clean up after the job is done is immaculate. Some might complain about cost of work done, but I have no problem paying a tiny bit more than Joe the handyman plumber charges in order to have long lasting, quality work. Straight up, best as it gets!! As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.

These plumbers are honest, reliable, and responsive. It does not necessarily matter what time it is but they will come when you call them. If you need a plumber, you should look no further.

Day 1 - Called dispatch at 8am to request service for broken ac unit. Got appointment following day.Day 2 - tech came and told me he couldn't diagnose issue since outdoor unit was frozen.Day 3 - tech returns and finds a faulty circuit board in the attic. Tells me item is covered by manufacturer warranty and that he would order it and replace it the following day.Day 4 - no response. I call and I am told the tech is waiting to hear from manufacturer to see if the circuit board is covered under warranty. I ask how long that will take and they say they do not know.Day 5 - I call for an update, dispatch tries reaching tech and aren't able to. I am told no other technician is available, and that my tech will come and fix it tomorrowI am still waiting for my ac to be fixed. I had to purchase a swamp cooler and I have a toddler in the house.

Whoever needs a plumbing company....look NO further! Service manager Shawn was outstanding with his customer service. He sent Israel to our home & was very courteous & professional. He took his time with no rushing. I will definitely have them back in the future.
