Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. I had a problem with my toilet in master bathroom; Angel returned my call the same day and came to assess the situation (2 days later..my earliest availability). He knew what was wrong and went to get the replacement part. Lowe's nor Home Depot had the part I needed; but Angel had found out Amazon sold the part. I ordered it and 2 days later, even with two other jobs pending, Angel arrived early and replaced the part. He is so personable and professional-knows what he's doing and took a look at a few other things for me. Angel is an ANGEL!!! Will always reach out to In Home Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

My plumbing issue was an emergency, I was promised through the night by 2 other companies that offer 24 hour service and pretty much lie to you until their crew comes on at 7 am. Keep you up all night waiting for a phone call that never comes. Called Impact at 7 am they said they could and would help and they did. The other 2 companies called back after 7 am to tell me they understood I needed a plumber, yes I do but not you!! I hate being lied too.
