I can't say enough good things about this company, Haik is super knowledgeable, and doesn't quit until the job is done and you are satisfied, I've felt with other companies and most unlike Mastermind Mechanical they try to upsell and do extras that aren't needed, Haik gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. Fingers crossed we won't be needing his assistance for a long time to come but I can guarantee if and when we do he will be the one and only one called for service!! If you have a choice why wouldn't you pick the best 1st!! Thanks for the outstanding work.

Great service very friendly

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

EXACTLY as advertised! What a great service experience. Glen Fisher was very professional, polite, thorough, and competent. I though I received a great value for what I paid. He took all the time necessary to completely inspect and service my AC unit and even found what was causing a recent squeaking noise from the system fan in the attic. We had recently remodeled our master bathroom and our general had used Adaven as our plumbers. We were very pleased with the outcome as they were punctual, efficient and excelled in workmanship. So, when our tankless water heater began leaking we gave them a call. They, again provided prompt, courteous professional service at a very reasonable price. I hope I don’t need a plumber again for a while, but if I do, they’re the guys that I’m dropping my dime on.

I had Best Air come out last year when our AC unit crapped out. They did a great job, so I called them again when our water heater decided to stop working. 2 of our toilets also needed to be replaced. Mike was friendly, professional, and came out to assess our needs and gave us numerous options that worked best to fit our home and family of 5, with 3 dogs. Aside from the toilets, we opted to upgrade to a tankless water heater. The next day, Brendon worked really hard, in a timely manner and efficiently to complete the install. He also cleaned up really well once he was finished. Evelyn was also helpful when it came time for scheduling for the city inspection. I hope I don't have anything else come up with our house, but if I do, I know I can rely on Best Air and their techs :)

Straight up, best as it gets!! As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.
