Best Toilet Installation in Kansas City MO

I have owned my home for nearly 15 years and have never paid a penny to anyone to work on it. My father-in-law is a wizard who can fix anything and we started to attempt to fix it ourselves. About a half hour into our attempt, he turns to me and goes, call someone.When someone who knows a lot about fixing things tells you to call someone, it's probably a good idea. I called Anthony because I see their trucks in my neighborhood quite a bit and figured they had lots of experience with my type of house. Meaning nearly 70 years old with pretty much everything original.I called them and I had a guy out that same day. His name was Shane Baker and he's incredible. He explained everything to me, slowly and in detail. He gave me plenty of options and feedback on what I could do. I felt zero pressure whatsoever to go with any of the proposals. After we made a decision, I called back to Anthony that night and we scheduled the fix in two days.He came back on time on the scheduled day, worked straight through until it was fixed. He again took the time to explain to me what he did and how he did it.The communication was great, the professionalism was outstanding and really Shane Baker was very friendly and I felt at ease the whole time.Great work and I will 100% recommend.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
