What Happened!! Call Climate Control because my air conditioner was not working. They came out and charged me for a service call and told me the motor was going out. They were to order a new one and install it in a couple of days. A week later I still haven't heard from them so I gave them a call. Was told they would call me back. Still haven't heard from anyone.I am a Senior Citizen and you just took my money and left me hanging. Shame on you !!!!!

Nick responded when we called KB Complete on Sat. Morning. Nick was courteous and efficient. He checked numerous parts of our heating system to see why our furnace had stopped working late Friday evening.Nick offered the option of replacing a control panel or replacing our 14 year old furnace. Either way, our home would be without heat until Monday, and Nick offered the loan of space heaters to tide us over.A couple hours later, Dillon phoned from the office, reviewed our options and emailed a cost estimate with all discounts we were eligible to receive. He also offered to loan space heaters as temporary accommodation for our comfort. We have 2 and so declined.A replacement furnace is to be installed on Tues. We are PLEASED and impressed with the KB Complete ethical and customer-friendly way of doing business. We have been KB Complete customers from the time Rusty Damron joined their team years ago. He chose KB Complete, gave us great confidence and it's JUSTIFIED!On Tuesday, our replacement furnace was installed efficiently and timely by a team of three very cordial technicians. They protected our floors, removed the old furnace and left our home better than it had been. Our HVAC is working very well.We gratefully say BRAVO for KB COMPLETE service and high quality staff.6-20-22, Firl replaced a defective motor on the A/C compressor outdoors. Cost was covered by our parts and service warranty. On 6-17-20, Firl analyzed our cooling issue with diligence, thoroughness and initiative. After determining our motor had failed, Firl ordered a replacement motor on Friday, 6-17-22 which he needed to pick it up today, North of the river. As Firl completed his installation, temperature inside our home began to drop toward our 77 degree setting. Firl was most efficient, courteous, thorough, knowledgable and professional. Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

The first time I used this company about a year ago, they were on time, communicated and did great work.
Tried to use them again. Set up a time for them to come, I did not hear from them at the time they stated. So I called and said they were running behind but would definitely be there before dark. I waited and never saw them or received any type of call back or communication.

Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.
