Ive used this company on many occations for various things. they are always on time to appointments. They are very kind and professional. each employee ive worked with has been very knowledgeable and they have even walked me through smaller tasks over the phone. They have always been willing to work with me and get out to emergencies in a very timely manner. the prices have always been fair for the work performed and they have never pushed me to do work that was not needed. i work for a water restoration company so I am constantly needing a plumber on stand by and bill fry and his crew have always been available for me.

I had sewer backing up into my basement. Called another company and 1.5 hours after the scheduled appointment they called to tell me they were not coming. I called Mr. Rooter and set up an appointment for the next morning and they sent me text notifications when they were on their way along with a pic of the technician that was headed to my house. They showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem and their fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and would use them again

Called and asked to speak with someone. The answering service told me no one was available. I said I would call back and she said No use, you'll keep getting me. So I thought about just leaving a message and she said Are you going to leave a message or not? CLICK. I don't do rude. Unacceptable.
