Had our 19 year old Trane furnace serviced! Clint Ballard was awesome! He didn't try to sell me things and he was honest about what the prior owners had done as far as parts upgraded. He was personable and far exceeded my expectations! I bought an as-is home which required me to update the plumbing and this company was very professional. The owner came out himself to see what needed to be done and the price was very reasonable and he offered different warranty options. Afterwards, he did a complete walk thru with me again and showed me everything that was done. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.

We just moved to Kansas City and bought a 100 year old house that we knew had some repairs. Connelly has helped us very quickly clear our drains when they clogged and installed an outdoor spigot for our hose. They have been incredibly responsive, professional, and explained everything so we know exactly what’s going on. We eventually need to do a large replacement, and they’ve given us quotes without pressuring us to do it right away, even helping us understand how to avoid problems until we do. We’re so glad we decided to choose a small, local company. Nothing but good experiences on their three service calls so far! I would recommend them to anyone.

The first time I used this company about a year ago, they were on time, communicated and did great work.
Tried to use them again. Set up a time for them to come, I did not hear from them at the time they stated. So I called and said they were running behind but would definitely be there before dark. I waited and never saw them or received any type of call back or communication.
