Best Video Camera Inspections in Kansas City MO

Never called back. Maybe that's a good sign for J. But not for me.

I trust this company from their office to their techs. They fit me in even though they’re scheduled far out and solved my problem. The exact opposite of working with Bob Scamilton or Roto Screwter.

I was having water back up into my bathroom and my landlord had them come over. They were here for 20-30 minutes and then they just kind of left. I'm not having the problem anymore so I guess that means they fixed it, but just a confirmation would have been nice. I didn't know if they left and they had planned to come back or what. A 'We fixed it, have a nice day' would've been awesome.

The guys who come out to your house do great work and arrive within the appointed window. Pricing is quite reasonable as well. The office staff are polite and seem to know their work, but not very quick to follow up if you have to leave a message, which, it seems, you often have to do. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink line so I called At Your Service. They responded quickly & were able to come out the same day. Not only was the job done efficiently but the price was very reasonable. Nice guys, I would definitely recommend them!

Easy to work with!

I have been in the service industry for 35 years. I know first hand how important customer service and satisfaction is. My wife and I had originally called out a “big name” plumbing company in the Lee’s Summit area. It was a nightmare. Major “run around”, an outrageous estimate ON SOMETHING THAT DIDNT EVEN NEED TO BE FIXED!!! We wanted a second opinion. On a whim we called Snake N Rooter. They sent out Daniel Hixon. WHAT AN AWESOME YOUNG MAN!!!!

He had the problem fixed in no time, saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, and we used that savings to do some bathroom remodeling which Daniel gave us a very professional detailed estimate and started the project 2 days later.

He worked his butt off and finished in a very timely manner with everything looking great.

Our experience with Daniel was fantastic. I hope Snake N Rooter know what a champion get have representing their company!!

They came almost immediately to check out the old water heater. Ace then came very promptly (the doorbell rang the minute he said he’d arrive) and did great work. I feel the work he did was of better quality than the bigger companies, and also a lot more affordable. He (and Jill) were very knowledgeable and friendly. I plan to call them back with any future plumbing issues!

I couldn't believe they answered my call at 11:30 at night! They are amazing, helpful, will return your call, and available when you need them (which is so important when your basement is full of waste!)

Jeremy came out and fixed my backed up line for me and was so genuinely nice! He made sure I understand the issue and what to do to make sure it doesn't happen again. As a new homeowner, it's so helpful to work with people who want to help you. I wish every company was this helpful!

Rick and Affordable Plumbing was recommended to me by another plumber, who didn't have the equipment to do my job. He said Rick is an honest man and he highly recommended him. Previously, I had 3 other plumbers come give me all different diagnosis with outrageous bids. I felt the other companies were working on a commission and were trying to get me to pay for work that wasn't needed. I called Rick. He came right out on a Saturday morning to camera my line. He sent me his proposal 24 hours later, and the job was done successfully that week at a reasonable price. He didn't push me to do more then what was needed. Thank you Rick!
