Richard was extremely helpful in explaining the issue with our tub’s drainage and answered all of our questions. He was able to fix the issue without having to cut our line, which he’d warned might be a worst-case scenario. He was very professional and friendly, and our dog fell in love with him.

I can’t say enough great things about Bluefrog plumbing and their Master Technician, Chris. Earlier this week, my HVAC stopped working, and just would not turn on. Within an hour of me calling, Chris was on site. He immediately assessed the situation and determined that it was an easy fix, he gave me a price on the spot, $298 including parts, and labor. I of course said yes please, and he immediately went and got an aftermarket part and installed it. The whole thing was finished within a half hour. I have used Snake & Rooter in the past for a serious sewer blockage due to roots. Of late my dishwater has been backing up onto my basement floor. I called S&R and was able to get immediate scheduling. The technician, Scott Gillespie, was courteous, professional, and skilled. He located the source of the problem, which turned out to be a disgusting, messy blockage of what looked and smelled like toxic waste, cleared the drain, and cleaned everything up (no small job). The repair was reasonably priced and I was given follow up instructions should I have another problem. My rating is awesome company and awesome technician!!!!
