Had a bad leak in a hose bip. They sent out Quintin and he was knowledgeable and honest. Super easy to deal with, showed up on time, and completed work fast and thoroughly.

Anthony was very professional, diagnosed my shower problem quickly, and replaced the faucet without having to wreck the tile or the wall behind the shower. They used the faucet I bought prior which saved me some money. Overall very happy with the service, will definitely call them again if I need something else.

I used Steve for a number of years for work on my 1949 house in Prairie Village. He was recommended to me by a good friend who had also used his services.

We were converting an unfinished attic room into a baby nursery, and Steve completely re-routed and repositioned a huge pipe that was running vertically right through the location where we wanted the nursery. Our HOA used Vaughan to remove an unused 2 City water meter before we had our private streets repaved. Tommy Vaughan scheduled an appointment in just a few days, was prompt and delivered a bid where several other requests for bid didn't. His guys were efficient, courteous, and explained things well. Vaughan coordinated everything with the City Permits department and the Water Department. It was all wrapped up quickly, with minimal disruption to the surrounding grounds with the dig. Highly recommend them.
