I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

Showed up at early end of time block. The basement was gross & backed up. Plumber was nice, wore a mask per my request, cut out the roots out of the sewer drain, then made sure the backlog was cleared and gave some advice for not immediately reclogging the drain before leaving.

Having just purchased a home, I was saddled with a few repair issues. The most chilling was a my hot water heater going out, on a Friday night. Saturday, I was on the hunt for a reputable business and received a call from Chris Wilson with Mac Wilson plumbing, LLC. Chris was very prompt, professional and assured me that the issue would be rectified in a timely fashion. Scheduled an appointment for Monday to install the new Gas Tankless Water Heater. Upon further discovery - it was determined that it was not really feasible/cost effective to replace bad tank with a tankless, because of the required venting and amperage needed. I appreciate the entire teams input, as they were the experts and made me feel comfortable in my final decision.
I would highly recommend this team, and will enter them into my phone, as my continued ‘go-to’.

Larry #301 made it to my house on a holiday weekend to clean up a mess caused by my landscaping company. He diagnosed the cause of my leak quickly and gave me an estimate for the work. Larry was very friendly and experienced, and he was very efficient in finishing the job. I would definitely recommend this service.

Highly recommend. Bryan came out at 7:45 on a Saturday night. No extra charge for it being a weekend/evening, and Bryan fixed our clogs within 15-30 minutes. Very polite. Didn’t leave a mess. I would highly recommend Snake ‘n’ Rooter Plumbing. Phone staff and technician were very professional - and the charge was HALF what I was quoted by a national company servicing our area. Couldn’t be happier with the service!
