When I called Snake n Rooter for a 2nd opinion on a spot repair I was hoping that their estimate would be cheaper than 5k+the 2 other well known plumbing companies quoted. John #356 came out yesterday to do an estimate and based on the previous camera video done by Roto which I recorded with my phone, he advised me that he didnt think I needed a line repair. Just a good cleaning with the proper snake. He told me that he and a technician would be back in the morning to snake the line using a larger tool than previous plumbing service. I was very impressed with both John #356 and Stephen #381 honesty, knowledge and service. After 3 days of no plumbing, 3 different plumbers visits, they fixed my drain line issues in less than 45 minutes and $5000 less than what was proposed by one of the plumbers. John even knew the layout of my outside sewer line prior to ringing the door bell. I will now only call Snake n Rooter for my plumbing needs. TheY have gained a loyal customer because of the awesomeness of John and Stephen.

Our HOA used Vaughan to remove an unused 2 City water meter before we had our private streets repaved. Tommy Vaughan scheduled an appointment in just a few days, was prompt and delivered a bid where several other requests for bid didn't. His guys were efficient, courteous, and explained things well. Vaughan coordinated everything with the City Permits department and the Water Department. It was all wrapped up quickly, with minimal disruption to the surrounding grounds with the dig. Highly recommend them.
