I had a shower and sink backing up and needed it taken care of quickly. I called first thing on a Friday thinking I would have to schedule for next week, but they were able to come out same day! Within in a couple hours from my phone call, they were out to my house and had diagnosed what was causing the back up was not a main line issue, but some old plumbing. They quickly cut out the problem pipe, installed a working piece and solved my problem. Could not be more happy with the response time and how quickly my problem was taken care of. Also Cory was great at explaining the issue and the fix. I will be using Zoom Drain again if I run into any other problems.

In addition to being very personable and “can-do,” Mac Wilson plumbing came to the rescue on the coldest day of the year when all plumbers were spread thin fixing frozen pipes and saved the day. They are also very affordable. Going to recommend them to everyone.

Very disappointed in the recent service I had with At Your Service Drain cleaners. After they left, I went to run the drain and it was still not draining. Called to ask them to come back. Owner started arguing with me about putting food down the drain of which I did not. I told him the job was not done correctly and again he made it sound like I had done something in the 5 minutes after his service person had left to cause it. Very frustrating experience and horrible customer service. Will not use them or recommend them to anyone.i

Chris, Tech Number 0368, came out to our house to help with an issue I had with putting a new faucet into our kitchen. There were no shut-off valves and had tried rigging up a solution that was less than stellar. I had leaking and had no where else to turn.Considering it was a slow leak I would wait till the morning. I received a call in the morning from Rotor Rooter saying they would have someone out in the next 30 minutes and was one of their best Techs. They did not disappoint.Chris helped provide guidance on where I went wrong, fixed the issue that I had been working on for a day in a matter of minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided additional suggestions on routine maintenance.I come from a customer service background in IT and have high expectations for customer service. Chris met and exceeded those expectations. Thanks for the help!

I called extremely last minute because I had a leak in my basement. They were there within 30 mins and able to get the problem taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very pleased with service we received today. Joey (#360) was professional and very courteous. He was also very thorough, finding a connected pipe that was improperly attached. He quickly replaced that connection, and cleared the drain and tested the system thoroughly before he was finished. Very pleased with the results. Thanks Joey! You rock dude.
