We had an emergency situtation come up when our main sewer line got a pretty bad clog in it and caused our laundry room, crawl space, and downstairs bathroom to flood. Jason, Dan, and Justin were patient and knowledgeable on the issue and worked diligently to get the clog out. When that was completed, they were there to answer any questions and make sure water was running thru the house okay. After the chaos of this issue and the great experience we had using Roto-Rooter, they will be the first on our list to call if anything ever comes up again!

I called them on a Sunday afternoon because I had a backed sewer drain in my basement. They gave me a two hour window of when they would arrive. My repairman showed up within the hour! He was very nice...answered all my questions...and was very good at his job. I would totally recommend them for service.

Hunter and Mark were awesome and so professional when they came to work on our plumbing issue. Prior to them, we also had experience with Joey, who had come last year for an issue. Every technician has been extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful, and we couldn't recommend Snake 'n' Rooter more.
