Quality Plumbing has been out to our house twice now for separate issues. Both times the dispatching staff and the technicians that arrived were courteous, punctual, and explained things in a manner that was easily understood. I never felt like I was being upsold service I didn’t need and actually had one of their technicians explain to me how I could fix some of my issues for free without having to call them again. We will definitely be using them in the future!!

I can’t say enough great things about Bluefrog plumbing and their Master Technician, Chris. Earlier this week, my HVAC stopped working, and just would not turn on. Within an hour of me calling, Chris was on site. He immediately assessed the situation and determined that it was an easy fix, he gave me a price on the spot, $298 including parts, and labor. I of course said yes please, and he immediately went and got an aftermarket part and installed it. The whole thing was finished within a half hour. No need to waste time calling any other company, Blue Frog is the way to go. Thank you Chris & Blue Frog for the prompt & affordable service. 👏🏼

I would never call anyone else but Roto-Rooter. I can always count on them to be on time and do a good job - and never leave a mess. We always request Nick, tech number 399. He is familiar with our house and its quirkiness. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I recommend Roto-Rooter and Nick to all our friends and neighbors in Independence, MO.

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

We called for an emergency visit.
There was methanol gas leaking STRONGLY through the house.
It was even difficult to breath. We had headaches and burning in our throats. It was horrible!
Justice came out within hours of calling him to fix the issue.
He was AMAZING!!!
The job he did was cut inhalf on price because Justice was able to prepare an item himself instead of just putting a brand new one in.
He tried to save us money, yet was cautious for our safety.

We needed immediate service because our water heater stopped working. It was a huge inconvenience, and we couldn't wait much longer. We gave Plumbers 911 a call, their operator was kind and friendly, and in less than an hour, Doug arrived to help us out. He resolved the issue fairly quickly, thanks for saving our water heater! Glad we didn't have to buy a new unit!!!
