This company was a class act, from start to finish & has earned my business in the future. This is the second time I have used Quality Pluming, both times they were the least expensive bid I received & where able to send someone out that day! About a year ago I had an issue & Pete was sent out. Pete was very professional, arrived a few minutes early & was able to knock out my issue with in an hour. Most recently I had a new issue, JP was sent out ((the same day as the call)), he arrived on time, was very professional & kept working on my issue until it was resolved. Both Pete & JP offered preventative maintenance tips on these separate issues as to keep things a flow. You all have earned a customer for life and I plan to share my experiences with friends & family, thank you so much. My family & I greatly appreciate the timely response!

The technician, Michael M, showed up right on time for my appointment and also right at the exact moment I had a conference call. I used the international language of pointing and gesturing to show him where my issue was. He nodded in understanding and got right to work. I was still on the call when he was finished and he was so patient waiting for me to get off my call. I really appreciated his professionalism and understanding. I have used Snake n Rooter in the past and will definitely use them again especially if I am lucky enough to have Michael as the technician!

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
