I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH A WATER LINE HAD BUSTED AND CAUSED MY BASEMENT TO FLOOD. JOHN THE PLUMBER WAS A REFERRAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON JULY 28th 2021 MR. JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR. JOHN AND HIS CREW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANY PLUMBING NEEDS I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW.

Ask price up front. I did not. Had a leaking wax ring. They came out in a timely manner and replaced the bolts (which now stick up 3 inches) wax ring & supply line & reset toilet. Prices was $89 for service call and $285 to reset toilet for a total $374. The plumber was there for 1/2 hour. I called other plumbers after the fact & found I over paid at least $100.

My mom told me that a company came out to unclog her sewer line and told her they needed to replace part of it. They said between $4,000-$8,000. I said let me call the sewer doctor. Justin came out was able to clear the line looked at it with the camera and it was clear and flowing properly. No lines needed replaced problem solved. The sewer doctor is a breath of fresh air in an industry that usually stinks

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.
