Best Repair Projects in Kansas City MO

Andrew installed a door. From Acehandyman. He left it worse off than what we had. Didn't weatherproof it at all. Not plum, flush, level or square. Feel air coming in everywhere. He cut a hole in my wall, split my new door. Put another whole in my wall. Left the outside of my house open for any kind of weather or rodents and pests to get in under my subfloor to destroy not only my door, also my house and for pests and rodents to make their way to the rest of my house as they plz. Paid 1500.00 for doors and materials. Just to have destroyed and cause more of a problem then there was originally. Never would I use them or recommend. They need to rectify this come up with a solution quickly. As the cold and wet and warm weather here in Missouri is always changing. Cold is going to roll in with moisture a well, not good for your home to be properly sealed and weatherproofed. My home is now exposed to it all and whatever creatures decide to hibernate. These are just a few of the photos. Much much worse. Also have alot more. Along with video.

We would definitely use Connelly Plumbing Solutions again. Chuck was great to work with - he was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and completed our project in a timely manner. We prefer to support smaller, local companies. CPS is now our go-to for all our plumbing needs!

Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

My kitchen sink area was a mess! Water was leaking everywhere under the sink and down into the basement. Faucet needed to be replaced, garbage disposal stopped working and dishwasher drain hose rusted through. Because of the water leaking into the basement, they knew I needed help right away. They came out less than an hour after I called. Knowledgeable, helpful, and explained everything they were doing. Pricing is fair and service is great. Thanks!

After having consulted with multiple providers in the area, including the larger and more prominent local contractors, I took a chance on the lesser known A1 for three reasons; (1) by comparison to other estimates, the price was almost too good to believe, (2) the company provided an on-site estimate within 24 hours of my initial inquiry, and (3) Brett was refreshingly honest, straightforward and practical in his bidding process. By the end of the project, Brett and the team not only proved to be of the highest possible character, but they far exceeded every expectation of the work from a standpoint of quality.

They completely tore my master bathroom to the studs, and then rebuilt an extraordinary, custom designed, luxury bathroom including an oversized custom marble shower, all new plumbing and fixtures, and an intricate marble floor. It is flawless. In addition, they repainted my home's interior, rebuilt my back deck, and installed massive custom windows. Everything looks perfect.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, on multiple occasions I have trusted Brett with my home while I was away. He is so trustworthy, and full of such integrity, that he has a code to my home security to come and go as needed to take on additional ad-hoc work and touch ups. No job is too small. No job is too big. No question goes unanswered.

I will never trust any of my homes to anyone other than Brett ever again. Quality, character and fair pricing make him the best contractor, the best repair man, and one of the finest business leaders, in all of Kansas City.

I can't say enough good about Pat! He is honest and trustworthy. He stuck with a job that another company said they couldn't fix without a $12,000 complete sewer line replacement. Pat ran the camera and snake 4 times to get our line as clean as possible and finally got the line cleared all the way to the main. There was no pipe collapse found, I watched the camera and the pipe became cleaner each time. He is polite and nice but mostly honest and professional and knows what he's doing. I wholeheartedly recommend PG Plumbing.
