Tech called when he was on his way. Started inside and worked his way out. Found the problem and gave me options, mindful of the cost involved. He suggested the maintenance plan which I declined as my system is pretty old. He fixed it quickly, made no mess anywhere and had us up and running within half an hour. Nick responded when we called KB Complete on Sat. Morning. Nick was courteous and efficient. He checked numerous parts of our heating system to see why our furnace had stopped working late Friday evening.Nick offered the option of replacing a control panel or replacing our 14 year old furnace. Either way, our home would be without heat until Monday, and Nick offered the loan of space heaters to tide us over.A couple hours later, Dillon phoned from the office, reviewed our options and emailed a cost estimate with all discounts we were eligible to receive. He also offered to loan space heaters as temporary accommodation for our comfort. We have 2 and so declined.A replacement furnace is to be installed on Tues. We are PLEASED and impressed with the KB Complete ethical and customer-friendly way of doing business. We have been KB Complete customers from the time Rusty Damron joined their team years ago. Cost was covered by our parts and service warranty. On 6-17-20, Firl analyzed our cooling issue with diligence, thoroughness and initiative. After determining our motor had failed, Firl ordered a replacement motor on Friday, 6-17-22 which he needed to pick it up today, North of the river. As Firl completed his installation, temperature inside our home began to drop toward our 77 degree setting. Firl was most efficient, courteous, thorough, knowledgable and professional. We had a sudden pipe leak in our daughter’s loft bathroom where the water was soaking through our kitchen ceiling. I contacted many companies and Connelly was the first to answer (without having to leave a vm). The woman who answered was very polite and assured us they would get someone out as soon as possible but may not be until the next day. However, not even ten minutes later they had rearranged their schedule due to our urgency. Kevin A. and his assistant showed up within the hour. I was so hesitant as my husband and I usually do all repairs on our home (this was one we did not want to tackle). They immediately assessed and explained both our options. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. Very honest and trustworthy. They pulled out the price book in front me, and explained everything in language I understood. Immediately I knew this would be the future company for all our future professional service needs in their specialities.

Precision Plumbing is one of the best to do it!! They really make sure the job gets done. Professional demeanor and a will to work hard for the customer. The two guys, Pat and Randall, who came to our home we're both friendly and kind and knew exactly what they were doing!!
Precision is unlike the multiple others who tried to fix our main line , as the others just told us that the job couldn't be done. But these two outstanding men both diagnosed the issue and didn't stop at anything to ensure the outcome of our problem was completed to our satisfaction. Not only, should I mention, did they fix our issue, they went above and beyond making sure all surrounding areas were eveb cleaner than it was before our issue.
