The technician who came was polite and professional. He explained everything to me along each step. I learned more and obtained better technical information from him in one visit than I did in my five years with my old service. He was thorough and found several things needing to be addressed, things that were never caught with other service provider. I would recommend to anyone with no hesitation. Customer service and working knowledge was high enough for me to sign on for a maintenance plan for my AC/heater unit.
