Called for a diagnostic and told them not to do any work without speaking to me first. They worked on it anyway, told me it was a loose wire and the problem was fixed. Charged $125 to tighten a loose wire.Was told there was no fire hazard. The problem was not fixed and the blower motor continued short-cycling, trying to turn on unsuccessfully and turn off. Had them come out again. This time they said the motor was over amping and it had a bad capacitor. Technician said replacing the capacitor should fix the starting problem. He wanted $368 to replace the capacitor. It is an $8 part from Arrow Cold Control. It took 30 minutes to get the part and bring it home. It then took 5 minutes to change the capacitor myself.Thinking I could trust the technicians diagnostic and knowledge, believing there was no risk of fire and the problem was solved I went to work the next day.Came home to a loud constant humming and a weird smell in the house. Went into the basement to find the unit smoking, burning hot and the smell of melting plastic and metal.Had them come out again. They offered to replace the motor and capacitor (both offered at Arrow Cold Control brand new for $200 & $8 respectively) for $2,000 and refused to refund the $125 fee for “fixing” the unit by tightening a loose wire the first time they came.They are arrogant and incompetent glorified parts changers. “Oh we’ll replace this and see if that fixes it. If it doesn’t then we’ll replace this too.” Take your business somewhere else.

Bristol has exceptional service! He takes the time to find the real issue and explain it in a way that you can understand. Mike replaced the gas line for me in my basement and replaced a leaky faucet on the outside of my house. The technician, Nicholas, quickly evaluated my A/C system, explaining what he was testing each step of the way. My options were presented clearly, and the repair was completed in a timely manner.

The Sewer Doctors were awesome to work with from sewer inspection to drain cleaning. During the inspection process they were here for about 3 minutes. I asked if there was anything else they needed to look at and they said “Nope, we know what’s wrong with it.” Mind you this is a 70 year old drain we’re dealing with. They quoted me less than $400 to clear the drain out and were back the next day to do so. John and his guys are absolute studs. They were very comprehensive with, not only the clean out, but the explanation of what they were seeing within the drain and if there was anything wrong with the drain itself. Save yourselves the hassle of getting quotes and just go with these guys.

I had an amazing experience using The Plumbing Pro. My call was answered quickly and professionally. Due to it being late in the day and not an emergency, the appointment was scheduled for the next day. When the technician found he was running slightly behind schedule, he had the office contact me to advise me. I appreciated being notified. When Danny arrived I showed him the tub that would not drain and the piping. He had the blockage cleared in less than 15 minutes. I asked him about a couple of faucets with diverter problems and he explained what the problems were with each of them. Then I had him write up a bid to have a waterline installed. I was happy with the bid and he would have completed that project right then but he did not have the appropriate drill bit to drill through my tile floor. I scheduled for him to come out today and again the office staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Danny came out and had the waterline installed, cleaned up and was gone in about 30 minutes. He was completely professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and cleaned everything up. I was dreading this (no body ever wants to call a plumber) but Danny and The Plumbing Pro made the task pleasant. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

The gentleman that showed up to replace our water heater were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were professional along with being quick for installation. Would highly recommend this company.

Never showed up for appointment we had scheduled for a estimate. He didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel or anything. Just left me hanging. That's bad business.

Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.

My father's pipe burst when it was 0° outside. All other companies said they couldn't get to him until next week (including this company) BUT they called back an hour later and said they had a cancellation so they were on their way! Very nice guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
