Best Licensed Plumber in Kansas City MO

Called for a diagnostic and told them not to do any work without speaking to me first. They worked on it anyway, told me it was a loose wire and the problem was fixed. Charged $125 to tighten a loose wire.Was told there was no fire hazard. The problem was not fixed and the blower motor continued short-cycling, trying to turn on unsuccessfully and turn off. Had them come out again. This time they said the motor was over amping and it had a bad capacitor. Technician said replacing the capacitor should fix the starting problem. He wanted $368 to replace the capacitor. It is an $8 part from Arrow Cold Control. It took 30 minutes to get the part and bring it home. It then took 5 minutes to change the capacitor myself.Thinking I could trust the technicians diagnostic and knowledge, believing there was no risk of fire and the problem was solved I went to work the next day.Came home to a loud constant humming and a weird smell in the house. Went into the basement to find the unit smoking, burning hot and the smell of melting plastic and metal.Had them come out again. They offered to replace the motor and capacitor (both offered at Arrow Cold Control brand new for $200 & $8 respectively) for $2,000 and refused to refund the $125 fee for “fixing” the unit by tightening a loose wire the first time they came.They are arrogant and incompetent glorified parts changers. “Oh we’ll replace this and see if that fixes it. If it doesn’t then we’ll replace this too.” Take your business somewhere else.

Chase was great. He explained what he was going to do and why. He was very responsive to my needs and got the job done the same day. He had to work to
change the work that was done 10 years ago when I had a home warranty service replace the water heater. I found out thru Chase that it was installed incorrectly then and the reasons why. If I could go back and take that company to court, I would do so considering the safety issues that Chase pointed out to me. I am so thankful that I had someone like Chase to work with. I recommend him with the highest rating that could be given. Thanks

All that I can say is Amazing! Punctual, does great work, and all around a great! Has helped me out of a pinch more than a dozen times. I once had my basement flood in a rental property of mine and John Sutter took care of the entire situation. He found the leak, replaced my pump and put it in a better location, and also found the right company to dry out the walls, replace the carpet and was just very helpful all around. It is very tough to find good help with emergency projects, but I trust John Sutter and anyone that he recommends!!!

I had a contractor working on a duplex rental. A a water leak was discovered that ran from the upstairs unit , through the 2nd floor, to the basement. I called John the Plumber. The owner arrived within 45 minutes & did a preliminary assessments & agreed to return the next day to fix the problem. He did just what he said. It was repaired. He was very professional & reasonably priced. Plus he wore a mask & maintained social distancing. I highly recommend them.

Commercial only company but they do everything from construction, signage, electrical, heating, cooling plumbing . Anything you need done for a Commercial property they do!!! And they are the best at it! 24/7 service which always comes in handy!
