These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Do not hesitate to use this company. I needed outdoor plumbing repair. The first thing I really liked about Mac Wilson was that they used an independent camera company to assess my issue so I felt like I got a fair and honest explanation of my problem by someone not trying to sell me anything. I got 3 other bids for my issue which were $4,250, $7,257, and $10,222. Mac Wilson fixed my issue for $2,200. Not to mention the obvious cost difference I truly felt like two of these other 3 companies were wanting me to have work done that was not necessary. It was only by the grace of God that I found Mac Wilson Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. Donna in the office was so friendly and helpful. Zach who actually did my work was awesome and professional and kept me well informed. Chris who I worked with on financing my job was very helpful, professional, and courteous. I cannot say one negative thing about this company and will plan to use them for any future problems that I may have. STOP YOUR SEARCH AND CALL MAC WILSON PLUMBING. Essary Plumbing was really put to the test with our plumbing issue and they passed with flying colors! These guys are the best! They came to find the blockage in our pipes, using a camera to see what the problem was. It looked like one thing, so they pushed with two different pieces of equipment (making two trips in one day!), but the clog wouldn't budge. Acid was the next thing to try, but it wouldn't dissolve the clog, so the only option left was to cut my wall and the pipe (cast iron) to remove the clog. They did and they took great care with my house and its contents, covering things with plastic, cutting the smallest space possible in the wall and removing the clog (a dead squirrel, the first they'd ever seen in 75+ years of combined plumbing experience!). They replaced the pipe and my issue was solved. Best of all, they took the squirrel with them when they left! They really cared about my issue, working late, making several trips, and even coming in on a Saturday to work on my clog because they knew we were inconvenienced by this clog. This was the first time I'd used Essary; they were recommended to me by my regular plumber because of their camera, but I'd recommend them to anyone for any plumbing issue. They are friendly, clean, very knowledgeable, and work hard. They care about your problem and take good care of your home. And if they can figure out a dead squirrel climbed down my vent pipe and got into my cast iron plumbing pipe and get that disgusting thing out, I imagine they can handle about anything else.

I recently had to have my 90 year old clay pipe sewer line and house trap replaced. Unfortunately the sewer line also ran directly under a 50ft Oak tree. John's team arranged for the Tree removal, trench, pipe replacement, and removal of my old House trap in my home's foundation. Their bid came in under every other company that I got bids from, and included the tree removal, which other's did not. He's team was prompt, hard working, and responsible. Part of the City sidewalk was damaged by mistake when the tree was brought down, and John's team took care of making sure that the repairs to that got taken care of too. The day after they were done, I spent time with a tree root waterer, pumping water into the back filled trench/mound, and got it to settle about 1 foot down in under 3 hours. Without being prompted or asked, one of Johns crew drove by to see how the mound was settling, because I had told him my plans to pump the trench with water, saw how much it had dropped on Sunday already, and helped re-dress the mound and push more dirt into the settled trench. Their good guys and I highly recommend them, and thanks to them, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a good looking lawn again come spring time.

Always does a great job for me and my family. Able to fit us in at the last minute, goes above and beyond. Don't pay the high prices that the other companies charge you! Ace and his team are the only ones that we recommend.

Chad came out to check a bathtub leak. He then returned to replace the bathtub faucet/shower head. He did a great job! Chad was very polite, professional and informative. I will recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you!

Two days before Christmas guests were to arrive, our toilets' flushes became sluggish. Not good! So we immediately called Snake N Rooter (since we had used them before). A technician came out promptly, cleared tree roots from 100 feet of our sewer line, and gave good advice for preventing future root problems (advice to save us money in the future). He was a very likeable and professional technician. The following week I needed to call customer service about a discrepancy on our bill (time billed). She was also very professional and took care of the problem immediately by refunding the amount of the discrepancy. We are very pleased with the prompt and professional service that we have received from Snake N Rooter, and I highly recommend them.

The BEST plumbers ever!! I can't say enough good things about Patrick & John. They totally saved the day (on a Sunday no less) and we could not be happier. They took what we thought was a big problem & solved it fast. Pick these guys, you'll not be disappointed! Yeay for PG Plumbing LLC!!!

I, like many of those in the other 1-star reviews I've seen, also fell victim to Razor Rooter's poor customer service and overall non-responsiveness.

**TL;DR: don't go with this company if you have an emergency issue or need something fixed promptly. They do not communicate with you. They are not responsive to your needs. Their employees will even lie/create bogus excuses as to why they were so slow in addressing your issue.**

We've been without hot water in our kitchen for almost a week and a half now. Razor Rooter was hired to fix our issue the middle of last week by our property management company (we rent). My husband provided his contact information so that the plumber could contact us directly to schedule a time to come fix the issue. He heard nothing from them that day. The next morning, I provided the company with my contact information so that the plumber could schedule a time with me to come fix the issue--as I was the one who was home. By 1 pm that day, I still hadn't heard from the plumber, so I emailed the company asking when I could expect the plumber to stop by. The company responded an hour later saying that no one would be out to our house that day. We heard nothing over the weekend.

As of noon on Monday, we still had not heard from the plumber about coming to fix our issues. So I called Razor Rooter directly. I was told that our ticket had been given to Russ the previous week and that she would have him contact me or my husband. 10 minutes later, he contacted my husband saying he hadn't heard about our issues until the company called him 10 minutes before (debatable since the woman at the company said they'd given him the ticket the week before) and that he would be by our house between 10 and 11 on Tuesday to fix the issue. My husband had to stay home from work yet again Tuesday to await the plumber.

Needless to say, 11am on Tuesday came and went--no word from Russ. Noon came and went--still no word from Russ. 1pm came and went--no word from Russ. My husband tried calling Russ multiple times, but he refused to answer. Then my husband called the company at 1:30pm to ask what the deal was. The woman who answered the phone told him she'd have Russ call him immediately. 5 minutes later, Russ magically calls my husband and says that he thought he was scheduled to come between noon and 1--it was after 1:30pm by this point. None the less, this assertion was still a lie because he specifically said he'd be there between 10 and 11 and then later admitted to my husband that he was in fact supposed to be at our place between 10 and 11.

Russ finally showed up around 2:20pm on Tuesday, took a look at our kitchen sink for about 10 minutes, told my husband we'd need a new faucet, and that he would not be able to install it that day. He promptly left without any word as to when or if he would return to replace the faucet.

Frankly, this lack of customer service and lack of communication are astonishing. This is not how you run a business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend Rick Ramsey and his crew at Affordable Plumbing. After interviewing two other companies Rick, was my third plumber to interview. He was my first choice because of his sincerity, hard work and
his many years of experience. Rick answers my calls, shows up on time and is the consummate professional. My plumbing issues were vast...excavating front yard to repair collapsed sewer line, clean out installed, etc.... Also, replaced old cast iron pipes in the basement. Thank you, Rick!
