These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

We recently used Essary Plumbing for the plumbing in our home additions. Trevor and his crew were awesome to work with! They were knowledgeable, efficient, and did a great job. We priced several companies and they were very competitively priced and their work was top notch! We will definitely use them for all of our future plumbing needs! Service was good, however I had issues with receiving the invoice as they emailed it to me and it went to my spam. I was going to pay on my cc initially but they wanted $10 to run my card so I decided it was cheaper to order checks from my bank. They then decided to charge me a late fee of $20+ while waiting for the checks, and also calling me at my work. This crossed the line for me.

Our experience with Above and Beyond Plumbing has been terrific. We have had them do many repairs for my mom. Taylor has always been very courteous. He has called me to update me on any issues that have been found as he is working if I'm unable to be there. In fact after having Taylor come out to my mom's on the 1st visit, we have requested him for any repairs. He's very knowledgable and explains what he is doing. Taylor also put in 2 new lines with turn on faucets under our sink and the main shut off in our house.

Excellent company always shows up and follows through on everything they say. James #406 went above and beyond with removing and installing a new toilet for us. He was kind, courteous, and patient with us and our schedule.

Ace’s was great from the start of scheduling the appointment to the appointment itself. Ace was very informative and fixed our heavily clogged tub drain. I would highly recommend this company.

They do top quality work. They are human though and can make small errors. God Bless Mary Rice and her guys for being very professional in standing behind their work and correcting any problems without any complaints.

I, like many of those in the other 1-star reviews I've seen, also fell victim to Razor Rooter's poor customer service and overall non-responsiveness.

**TL;DR: don't go with this company if you have an emergency issue or need something fixed promptly. They do not communicate with you. They are not responsive to your needs. Their employees will even lie/create bogus excuses as to why they were so slow in addressing your issue.**

We've been without hot water in our kitchen for almost a week and a half now. Razor Rooter was hired to fix our issue the middle of last week by our property management company (we rent). My husband provided his contact information so that the plumber could contact us directly to schedule a time to come fix the issue. He heard nothing from them that day. The next morning, I provided the company with my contact information so that the plumber could schedule a time with me to come fix the issue--as I was the one who was home. By 1 pm that day, I still hadn't heard from the plumber, so I emailed the company asking when I could expect the plumber to stop by. The company responded an hour later saying that no one would be out to our house that day. We heard nothing over the weekend.

As of noon on Monday, we still had not heard from the plumber about coming to fix our issues. So I called Razor Rooter directly. I was told that our ticket had been given to Russ the previous week and that she would have him contact me or my husband. 10 minutes later, he contacted my husband saying he hadn't heard about our issues until the company called him 10 minutes before (debatable since the woman at the company said they'd given him the ticket the week before) and that he would be by our house between 10 and 11 on Tuesday to fix the issue. My husband had to stay home from work yet again Tuesday to await the plumber.

Needless to say, 11am on Tuesday came and went--no word from Russ. Noon came and went--still no word from Russ. 1pm came and went--no word from Russ. My husband tried calling Russ multiple times, but he refused to answer. Then my husband called the company at 1:30pm to ask what the deal was. The woman who answered the phone told him she'd have Russ call him immediately. 5 minutes later, Russ magically calls my husband and says that he thought he was scheduled to come between noon and 1--it was after 1:30pm by this point. None the less, this assertion was still a lie because he specifically said he'd be there between 10 and 11 and then later admitted to my husband that he was in fact supposed to be at our place between 10 and 11.

Russ finally showed up around 2:20pm on Tuesday, took a look at our kitchen sink for about 10 minutes, told my husband we'd need a new faucet, and that he would not be able to install it that day. He promptly left without any word as to when or if he would return to replace the faucet.

Frankly, this lack of customer service and lack of communication are astonishing. This is not how you run a business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
