So unprofessional!! They told me the night I reported my AC outage that someone will have to be at my house that is 18 or older and the order will be put in so I made sure I was there. I stayed home from work and waited and gave them a call at 12:30 when Jasmine told me that dispatch was in a meeting and she would call me back to give me a ETA on when they would be here. I then called back at 3:30 after no response and got told that they haven’t serviced me for two years and I’m considered a new customer and they aren’t accepting new customers so they won’t be coming out. This is after I waited all morning and afternoon for them without a call. I was told by them to call Colvin’s in excelsior to service me witch if your looking you should just call them because they are 100X better. Climate control put my unit in in 2019 and had to service me in 2021 because they didn’t put a part on that they were trying to charge me $350 for and now in 2023 my unit goes out and I’m considered a new customer so they won’t service me. Colvin’s came to my rescue by fixing their mistake from 2021 for free and getting my unit running. I do not recommend Climate Control to anyone!! Poor management!! Hands down the worse! If I could give a zero I would.

Called on a Sunday morning and was put on the schedule for same day. Operator was up front about extra fee due to weekend appointment. Nick arrived 2 hours after original call and was quick to explain and diagnose the kitchen clog. Provided 2 options to fix the problem, the more expensive option being one to really help prevent the problem from recurring. We went with the cheaper option, since we couldn't afford the more expensive option, and he didn't try to upsell me at all. He just suggested that if we ever changed our mind we could give him a call. He was in and out quickly, left no mess and was very courteous. I definitely plan to use the company again if needed!

He is very good very busy and hard to hire.. because is stays busy. but if you are able to get on his schedule you will be very pleased with his work. NO complaints here!

Precision is unlike the multiple others who tried to fix our main line , as the others just told us that the job couldn't be done. But these two outstanding men both diagnosed the issue and didn't stop at anything to ensure the outcome of our problem was completed to our satisfaction. Not only, should I mention, did they fix our issue, they went above and beyond making sure all surrounding areas were eveb cleaner than it was before our issue.
